Last minute order
When an order for a First Communion dress with another vendor fell through, Isabel Garreton was there to save the day. The sizing consultant was in touch almost instantly, located all the options that were available in my child's size, and would be available in time (short notice!), and made sure that my order went through as quickly as possible. Super friendly and helpful.

Recently she helped us obtain a christening dress for a grandaughter who had worn an Isabel Garretón dress at her baptism 7 years ago. The baptism dress has been worn by other grandchildren now and more to come. Isabel Garretón has always be my favorite dressmaker and love the dresses. Outstanding quality and beautiful Christening Gown
I ordered the Gracious Christening Gown for my soon to be granddaughter. I was trying to find a gown that was similar to a family heirloom that my sons wore for their Christenings. This gown is everything I could have wanted to start a new family tradition. The hem with the pin tucks and lace is just beautiful and exactly what I was trying to find! ! It is soft and elegant! In addition, it was in stock and it arrived on the projected delivery date. I feel so blessed to have found this company. I know I will be making future purchases.

Cleaner reimburses and suggests order another ensemble.
In response to the prompt reply that I received from Isabel Garreton I would like to share the following.
The cleaner reimbursed me for the cost of the Christening ensemble. The cleaner suggested that it might have been "a fluke" and encouraged me to order another.

While we understand your frustration, when we spoke on the phone you said it had been sent to the cleaners and had shrunk. Having sold thousands of this exact gown and bib in cotton over our 30+ years of business, we are confident that if the care instructions are followed these items can and will be heirlooms for generations, as we have already seen with many clients over our long history. Please speak to your cleaner for not following the care instructions, cotton items washed in cold water and air dried do not shrink. We hope they will replace the gown or the gowns value for you.
