Excellent Service!
We used Irro Charter to bring a group of 24 people to a Football match. Everything from start to finish was perfect. The communication with Irro in the time leading up to the event was clear and professional. On the day of, our charter was incredibly clean and moder, the driver was on time (in fact he was early), friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to use Irro again!

We hired a bus from Irro Charter for a corporate event to take us from Luxembourg to Germany for the day and were super happy with the experience and service!
When booking the communication was seamless smooth. My request was managed by Yaser who was very responsive and helpful.
When the bus came to pick us up it was on time, the drive was very well dressed, very polite and friendly, drove very smoothly.
The bus was perfectly clean, very comfortable and modern. there were facilities on the bus, also a fridge where we could keep our drinks cold.
It was a great experience. I highly recommend Irro Charter!

Overall the transfers were fine. However, it is very important for us to receive the name and mobile for the driver one or two days before the transfer. Also, we did have one of the busses breakdown near Munich which created a two hour delay to getting to their hotel.
