I ordered a bunch of Korean skincare products.(which by the way no longer sell now 🤔) Got my parcel delivered, but was missing night cream from Elemis( which was the most expensive purchase in order) . Contacted them straight away, got the reply that they will look into that. That was 30 of april and now its 8 of may. I sent a couple more emails but not get reply so I guess they ghosted me which is a shame. 😔
