Don’t know where you Happy people are but your not in US. Been waiting 2+ weeks, said it was boxed and shipped same day, NOT, still not shipped. Same as other guy, no refund, no product, and No estimated delivery. (The original has came and gone) Do not waste your money, more importantly don’t waste your time on no product and no refund. Very undependable and lies is all you get told, it’s everyone else’s fault I don’t have my watch.

Shipping was somewhat on the long side. Quality wise the watch is ok, sturdy and readable though the addition of minutes increment would be appreciated and helpful . Also at first the bracelet seemed somewhat cheap considering the price of the watch. Even though the bracelet looked somewhat cheap material wise it turn out to be quite comfortable.

The watch looks nice and it comes in a nice looking (cheap) box. If youre a little sissy man who doesn't work for a living or play hard for fun then this would be just fine for you. As for me, the glass is getting scratched, the black painted hardware is scratching off and the strap is fraying. I was also surprised to see it ship direct from China considering how pro USA they seem. I've only had it for about a month and I don't expect it will last much longer.

The watch exceeded expectations. I use to collect Rolex watches but there’s so many copies around. I have found my Ironway Trident watch to exceed my expectations. I set the time and it has been perfect. It’s beautiful and attracts attention. I am looking forward to the Trident day date watch. Cheers

So far so good, only had the watch a few weeks, accurate time keeping is great. I find the watch a little large for me is the only complaint I have. Other than that I am very happy with my purchase.

I received my Ironway watch a few weeks ago, I was impressed from the beginning but I wanted to put it to the test before writing a review. This thing is great, simple, durable and accurate. I work in highly kinetic environments and my gear gets beat to Hell, this thing can take it and then some. Best part about it??? IT TELLS TIME!!! It's not a ridiculous mini computer on your wrist. It's very light and has a timeless, classic look. If you're in the military or are a first responder this is what you need. The team is fantastic and my order arrived quickly. GET ONE!

I ran into a problem with my order that was quickly resolved once it was reported.

Have requested a refund like so many others have and am getting the same responses. Received the discount and store credit email. But have not received the requested refund process email as of yet. The watch itself is absolute poor quality and massive in size. I am not a small man and thing is huge on me looks ridiculous. I highly recommend not purchasing from this site as it is a Chinese drop shipping company nothing North American about it. Total scam in my opinion. I'm sure I will get the same responses as everyone else who has tried to get a refund.
