Great Customer Service
The first item I received had an imperfection and didn't fit well so I reached out to their customer service. After confirming some order details, they promptly offered to send me another one. Honestly, was a little worried that I wasn’t gonna get my order, but then I almost didn’t even do an order because I realized when I did order that I made the wrong size on one of my sweatshirts told them that they actually fixed it for my order and not only that every time I message them will email them. They answered within a day and if not less.

Poor quality material/production
4 out of the 6 shirts i purchased had small holes or seem stitching already freying before i even tried them on, like not properly assembled or stitched. It sucks as these are suppose to be my workout shirts, durable material to handle what i put them through

I came across Ironpanda on Instagram and decided to purchase 6 gym tees — and I’m really glad I did. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. I subscribed to the WhatsApp updates after a few days and followed up shortly after, as I had an upcoming trip and wanted to check delivery timing.
The customer service was excellent, especially from Iris, who was always quick to respond and super helpful throughout. It made the whole experience feel very smooth and reliable.
