Excellent experience.
I ordered a victorian style clothes airer from Ironmongery World. After a single email notification I received the large package 5 days later. The product was exactly as specified, complete with all fixings needed. Would certainly use these guys again.

ITEMS GONE TO WRONG ADDRESS AND SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Ordered items on 28/08/21. I received a message to confirm my order had been delivered on the 01/09/21 however I DID NOT RECIEVE ANY DELIVERY. Upon contacting Ironmongery World they sent me a photo of where the items had been delivered too, WHICH WAS NOT MY HOUSE!! Customer service since this point is non existant!! I am extremely disappointed with this service. I have requested a full refund by tomorrow although I am not feeling very hope full that this will happen. If I don't receive a full refund I will be contacting trading standards as I have paid for someone else to recieve my items!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

Confusion over out of stock items
Made the order but received in 2 parts as hinges were out of stock. It didn't say that a time of order. Hinges turned up the following day though so all good in the end, if not a little confused.

Bribes for reviews?
I did have a review here, but have decided to change it. This company emailed out on 8th September telling customers that if they wrote a trustpilot review, you’d get a free gift. 3 months later I’m still waiting. I emailed a couple of times and called in where I was told they send every 3 weeks - fair enough, but that was on 26th Oct. After a final email I got a response that it would be sent out on 2nd December. We are now on 14th. My experience with them was reasonable before what I now believe is flat out bribery for a review. It’s no longer about the free gift, but the fact this company believes it is ok to send out incentives for my time and effort to write a review to get them more business and be unwilling to fulfil their commitment. It has left a sour taste and makes me wonder about the legitimacy of the other reviews. I’ve got no problem with going in the future to a business which is true to its word and doesn’t feel the need to literally bribe people for reviews, as I feel has happened here
