Awful experience with two orders as part of the Rock n Roll Marathon Series. 1st order of medals (should be 3) arrived and only one medal. Told that was all I ordered. Took 4 emails with customer service to proof that I paid a lot of money and it was for 3 medals!
2nd set of medals hadn't shipped in the 7 weeks they were supposed too. Emailed them after having waited 2 months and somehow magically they ship that day. I won't buy again. Why offer medals for completing races that take more than 2 months to arrive!?!?!?! BEWARE EVERYONE!! See these reviews. DO NOT BUY!
Customer protection is an effective phrase
Yesterday, I got my order. That process took:
2 orders, 3 months +1 day, 5 tickets with customer service, 9 days without answer (if unanswered mails don't count), 24 mails sent.
I corresponded with the merchandising director, who was helpful at first, after that, she hadn't answered. But I sent her the link of trustpilot....
At the end, I've written them, that I will turn to the customer protection if they don't solve my issue. One day later, they informed me about handing over the package to the courier.
I am disappointed in the Ironman brand.

Terrible and never again
I should have learnt but i ordered a load of kit in the sale. Followed up after 1 month and was told ( with no hint of apology) that there was an issue and they did not send the order to the warehouse. I was then told that they would send me whatever was available, which is really nice of them!!!!! Then nothing. I followed up again and suddenly get a 60Euro charge on my card for two out of the 12 items i ordered. No apology or explanation. I am a regular triathlete and unfortunately the Ironman brand has no real customer engagement. This is the last time i will buy from the store and i would advise you to steer clear and just buy at the expos. Shame but this seems to be the normal review here.
Terrible company
Terrible company. I ordered 3 months ago and after chasing it up a lot, I get an email today saying my order was "missed" and has now been cancelled and I'll receive a refund. I've had this issue with them before also and wont buy from them again.
Don't order from this store
Don't order from this store! Items have taken 6 weeks and "still processing". Customer service is terrible - no answer and they simply close your ticket without responding. Stay away.

What a bunch of bs! My order was not fulfilled because they didn't have enough in stock after the order was placed 3 weeks ago. I looked in the site and they're still selling them but at a regular price now. They refunded me but I feel like they just pulled a fast one. Not a good way to do business.

Ordered items about 6 weeks ago and haven't received anything, despite having paid a lot in postage costs. Polite emails that I've sent about my order remain unanswered...can't get through to their customer 'service', so I'm not sure what to do now. I hesitated before making my purchases and now I wish I'd listened to my gut instinct and others' advice to avoid buying from this company. Hope that others take heed of the reviews here and decide NOT to buy from this so-called company.

Feel like customer service is lying to customers!
Shipment was delayed 7-10 days due to Covid19 according to Customer service. I didn't hear anything and it wasn't until I contacted them I got this response. My order ended up being underway more than 3 weeks!
When I got order, 2 items was missing. Customer service didn't tell me anything about this and I'm not sure if they would have refunded my money if I hadn't contacted them.
I noticed the missing items was in stock even though CS told me they were not (reason for being missing)
Several emails with no response until I finally got an email saying now my order was closed?!?! No explanation why and no response to my emails.
Today I'm told there now is an error on their website and that's the reason the items seems like still in stock!
Beware of shopping there! I wouldn't have if I knew this before!

If it were possible to give no stars, that would have been my rating. I have ordered from the store 6 times. EVERY time has been unsatisfactory! From extraordinarily slow processing and shipping to receiving the wrong size and/or wrong item. Their excuse for slow processing and shipping: "There's only one guy doing it all!" WHAT? How about employing more people??? When there is a problem with a wrong size or item, you have to open a ticket to which there is NO RESPONSE. So you are stuck with the wrong size/item! No replacement. Ne refund. How the hell do they stay in business????
IRONMANSTORE NEVER ORDER FROM THEM
Worst experience of my life, placed an order on the 12th of September....weeks later after numerous emails receive a reply that the order was cxl with no explanation on why and to date the money as yet to be voided from my card. Then I get told that the address is incorrect, which cannot be true as I have purchased from the store earlier in the year and past times with no problems. They don't reply to mails, there is no one to call directly and you are stuck in libo. No money returned and no delivery either. Ridiculous non exciting customer service, they steal your money and for such a well know brand have a I DON' T CARE ATTITUDE....
Never order from this place, or support their stores at any events! Useless....

I've been trying to contact the ironman customer service line in regards to a special order for the past 2 weeks. No one answers the phone nor returns messages.

I don't even want to give 1 star to ironmanstore.com customer service. Actually its very bad, i think there is no customer service department at all. I've ordered a roka wetsuit and returned it as the size is not a fit, the refund is not processed even after 3 weeks. They don't update anything properly, i've been sending messages to them about refund, not a single reply from the customer service. Once they replied it takes 2-3 weeks to process the refund but its not. I don't understand what they are doing out there. Its really poor and they shouldn't have started this merchandise if they don't have a customer support wing. Unbelievable.
