It's a shame you cant give minus stars. DO NOT use this company. They are con artists and thief's. I am owed over £500 for equipment which has not arrived. Emails sent saying refund will be given up to 8 weeks. This was 6 months ago! Utter criminals.

Longer waiting but everything as described

COMPLETELY SCAMMED. Like the rest of the reviews on here, I ordered some weights back in March, they never arrived and this company has stolen mine and many others money and have now shut down the e-mail address and website so you can’t chase them.

These scum scammed me out of almost 1100 Pounds.

6 months after being scammed by this company I returned to trustpilot to see if they'd been shut down yet. Instead, they are no longer called Iron Strength but Iron Box and still scamming people.
The true company name is sunbeds services - you can look it up on Companies House. They keep changing their address - must be some way of avoiding something. You can see from Companies House that their accounts are overdue since December 2019.
Total scam, I feel terrible that people are still buying from them.

Not responding to calls or emails, in fact, the emails are now bouncing back saying that the email cannot be delivered!

Placed an order for Dumbbells in January 2021! Still no items and no refund. Numerous emails sent with little to no reply. Do not order from this company!

So, in common with 69% of reviewers - I advise you avoid this organisation. I honestly can't believe they are still trading and it's a travesty that there doesn't seem to be a mechanism to get them properly investigated. I finally got a refund via my bank - after multiple emails and requests for refunds. No goods from the company (order placed Feb 21), and no refund. So to my mind, this business is simply conducting theft in plain sight. Strangly enough, their 'customer service' team HAS had time to respond to the 5* reviews on this site. Strange that they can't redirect this attention to taking care of the hundreds of upset and disaffected customers whose money they have taken, and goods they have failed to deliver.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered nearly £1000 of dumbbells in February. They promised delivery over and over again. I’m driving there this week. They stopped replying to emails. They don’t answer the phones. THEY ARE A SCAM. Stay well away.

1 star is too many already. A Scam company that deserves to be legally prosecuted. Ordered for over £200 , waited for a delivery for over a month and asked for a refund 5 months ago. No money yet.
I had to contact my bank and ask for their help.
They can take action within 90 days of the product purchase. I do encourage everyone to get in touch with their banks because the company will not return your money.

Just to confirm no refund ever received, in a year people were hard up and trying to keep theor health and wellbeing. Thanks Iron Strength!

I ordered a set of different weighted plates on the 21st Feb 2021. 2 were despatched straight away but the 20kg plates were out of stock. After several calls i was told they were available and would be despatched by the end of the week. Guess what, i still haven't received them and trying to get hold of anyone is impossible and emails are not replied to. Avoid this company as they seem happy to take your money, continue to send promotional emails but do not supply what you have paid for.
I'm hoping that after this review somebody from the company will be good enough to contact me to resolve this issue.

Similar to all the other reviewers do not use this company they do not fulfil the service they offer but take payment.

1 star is too many - these steal your money and not interested in sending your money or goods.
After loads of complaining they stated they had refunded but quite clearly a LIE. I asked again and they stated 8 weeks due to large volume - I have given them over that and now they don’t answer calls or emails - A COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT USE! I have all correspondence if they want to argue - useless company and scam artists.
Now having to get bank involved - if you want to be robbed of your money use them - they won’t disappoint with stealing your money but will disappoint with sending items you have bought or issuing a refund.
