Extremely disappointed.
I needed to cancel my order the next day, but customer support informed me that it was impossible. The only option was to receive the package and then return it — and according to their own website, return shipping is at the customer’s expense. How is that even acceptable? And why is there no option to cancel an order before it is shipped?
A very unpleasant experience. I absolutely do not recommend this store.
