This is really disappointing. I paid for the lifelong membership for Iris, and today I have a notice that my free version has expired, and I have to pay again. Every time I try to load the app, which I paid for, it says it is expired and I have to pay.

Taking money from my bank account again around 2 dollar . I allready have pro version lifetime. But once a month they take 2 dollar over my paypal nice scam. Love the software tho hope this is a mistake

The best software to invest in your eye health when it comes to monitor screens. Love the functionality it offers and the vast amount of customization. Great tech support btw! - Kevin H

Iris is great software with a lot of features which are not available anywhere else (as IT professional).

Support in iris discord was fast and responsive and very helpful.

ONE STAR is one star too many. I paid for a lifetime subscription, but received only 7 days TRIAL use of the product. In this day and age, a tech company should be on top of its customer service. There is no customer service. "Log into your account to troubleshoot." YOU DID NOT PROVIDE ME WITH AN ACCOUNT. "We do not offer email or phone support." Then how can I get my money back or get access to the account I paid for? It should not be impossible to solve my issue, but IrisTech.co makes it impossible. Dumb. Buyer Beware!

This company is terrible. I paid for the app and starting on week one, it started blinking, going back and forth from red to a regular screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, turning on and off my computer and nothing. There is no way to submit an email or a ticket for service and the "help" on discord is a joke...it's really just other people having problems with the app helping other people...no tech support at all. I have submitted a ticket with paypal for a refund and it still hasn't been addressed and I am still pending a refund a week later. I am a practitioner to loads of clients who would love to use this app, but will not be recommending it ever again. Terrible company.

I've been using the product in Mac since 4 years and I love how it helps my eyes!

The software works great, and when I don't understand something the developer helps really fast and stays with me untill the issue is resolved. Highly recommend it.

I have used IRIS for over two years now, and it has meant the difference between being able to access my email and photos, and having no IT access whatsoever. Thank goodness for this software, it very simply allows me to function and to continue to participate in modern life. Thank you!!

Iristech is a great app that take the blue light out of your device screen to make using your computer, or laptop or pad device easier on the eyes as the sun goes down. Using my Iris helps me sleep better at night

I was able to solve a minor issue with the software crashing due to the timer/break screen. Daniel was quick to respond with a fix. Highly recommend.

Iris Software is really a good app for any screen to reduce the pain of your eyes.
It is soooooo comfirtable!!!

The software is great has many features and I always have it running as it really helps with eye strain when using your PC for long periods of time. The customer service is also amazing!

Hi, I am actually here to ask if anyone knows if Iris is still activated when using a remote PC. I have Iris on my computer, but I work using a remote PC that has no Iris Tech on it. Does this still work though?

Not good company. There is no support whatsoever. I CAN'T cancel payments since I signed up using Paypal and THEY DON'T ANSWER THE EMAILS.I closed my Paypal account and ask my bank and both told me that they are charging me without using Paypal so THEY CAN'T STOP the subscription. Its a shame that you don't have support in the 2023 online with a simple email. Don't go for it its not as amazing as it is described and you'll pay forever.

I *love* Iris. The dev builds for all platforms, including Linux, and the software is more fleshed out than any other competitors. Customer service and support is great, too. This is software and service done right.

Love Iris. It is the first thing I install when setting up a new Mac. The pro is great for customization, but I gravitate towards the Mini Pro for simplicity.

The be all end all for PC screen dimming apps, if you work in a dark room or are a night owl, then this is for you. Also, I bought Mini on accident and they refunded me in like 2 hours, great service, great product :)

One of the programs I can't live without. I work on the computer a lot and without Iris I don't know what I would do. The program is invaluable help for the eyes and the nervous system. I recommend it to you with both hands.

This is the only blue light filtering computer software that actually works as intended, and has powerful and versatile functionality. After trying it for free for a few days I knew it was the real deal, and bought a lifetime subscription--which was extremely reasonable. There is nothing that comes close to this that I've found.
