The headphones are not the most comfortable to wear but the sound is good. As I compare these to my Bose QC 32 II I would say that they are overpriced for what they are.

The App doesn't work great (on Samsung S20 5G) which leads to pairing issues.

Firstly IRIS is a great company to deal with. They have managed the roll out of the headphones with genuine openness and frankness in regard to the difficulties that COVID presented. The headphones are excellent and listening to my CD collection is like listening to the album for the very first time. I just love dipping and in and out of old favourites with a fresh pair of ears. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Absolutely in love with these headphones. I can not take them off! Outside sound blocked out even without the music on. Premium material and extreme comfort. Sound quality excellent - turning up that volume with IRIS on, you truly feel the immersive experience.

Worth the wait - ordered through Indiegogo, so had to wait a while... but after getting them I've started to relive some of my old favourites now the way they were supposed to be listened to. Also use the headphones for watching movies at night - a great experience which puts you right in the middle of the action.

That's the situation we've been in for the past 3 months - my IRIS headphones, the app, and me.
I have the IRIS Flow Black Edition headphones, using them via the app, and since the very start both the app and the headphones have reinvigorated my love of music. For several years I'd lost interested in music, having been a lifelong music fan for 30+ years before that. IRIS Listen Well has changed that and got me back to where I belong. As a music maker in my teens and twenties I have always been interested in the quality of the recordings and how they're mixed. IRIS really does bring quality recordings into the fore, hearing instruments and sounds I haven't heard before with any other speaker system or headphones. They genuinely bring more depth to music recorded by decent engineers.
Yes, there are some small annoyances. Sometimes you will be happily listening and the Android connection to my phone drops out briefly, but the old turn them off and on again always works. Or the 75% battery reminder interrupts the flow of play, but these are small issues that will no doubt be fixed by a company that has only just started out and is taking feedback on board.
The headphones fit me well and I always thought I had a pretty big head and Prince Charles-like ears, but the ear cups are the perfect size. They sit more sturdy than some other headphones, being a bit weightier, but after a couple of weeks you get used to them. Build quality I find to be excellent and the battery life is as it says it is, with little need to charge so far. I have also used the headphones to connect to my TV to watch football and movies and again the nuance of background sounds, effects and music enhances the viewing experience. I imagine watching F1 with the headphones would be interesting (I'm not normally a fan) so because of the headphones I am going to watch the next Grand Prix with them, just for the experience.
Overall, an excellent piece of hardware and software, especially when used together and I am excited to see where this company goes next (fingers crossed for in-car audio).

Genuinely the best headphones I have used! I was filled with anticipation to hear the amazing sound quality that Iris promised and I was blown away. I felt like I was in a live concert!! They are super comfortable and a perfect fit. I have the black pair and they are really great looking. I couldn’t recommend them more!

Love my new headphones! Super comfy - I don't even notice I am wearing them. Amazing audio quality even before pushing the magic little button the side. Highly recommended :)

Will I ever receive my full refund!? Promised a full refund back on the 12th March. Was told a couple of days.. No response to my follow up emails..

I was so looking forward to receiving these.
As soon as I extended the ear cups to their maximum length and put them on my ears.....crushing disappointment even before I’d listened to a bar of music. The earcups were too small, the centration over my pinna was off.......they were immediately uncomfortable. I persevered in order to audition the sound, it was, as advertised...AMAZING. But within 5 minutes of application I had to remove them from my ears. Another 1-2 cms of length on each side would have made the difference between an impossible listening session and a joyous journey into my own audiophilic world.
Sorry guys but that’s the truth.

The sound is good but the ear cups are too small and after 20-30 min I can't wear them any longer. They are too heavy and pressing the ears are not too comfortable. Also, in the middle of listening suddenly I hear "Battery life 75 %". Why not to announce this when you turn them on ? Why interrupt ? Specially if it is 75% not 5% ? Would I buy them again for this price to wear only for 20-30 min ? No. Would I recommend them ? Probably not.

I have had my earphones for a couple of weeks and used them mainly connected to an IPAD. I like the possibility to change the parameter setting in the app. Best experience is music recorded analog and later remastered digitally, this is were the IRIS algorithm makes significance. The earphones are though quite heavy and tends to slide off the head if you are not sitting upright.

I have had my head phones now for a couple of weeks, they look amazing, the small details on them are excellent . My problem seems to be that they are too good as both my sons and now my wife keep using them limiting my time with them . The sound quality is exceptional! Would recommend them 100%

The only thing which stopped me from enjoying this marvelous piece of technology is the windows 10 bluetooth stutter issue. Which caused the headphones to be unusable together with my laptop by bluetooth

It was worth waiting this long time for my headset, clarity, and long battery life is a big plus.

Had the Red bull version for a couple of weeks now and listened to a variety of music with IRIS on. The headphones are superb, especially for live music. There's definitely a clarity you don't get from other headphones, I'm hearing sounds I've missed in some of my favourite tracks. Well worth what I paid. 5 stars. Thanks IRIS.
