Great to work with
Rebecca has been working on my website over the past year and she has been absolutely amazing trying to undrestand what I have been looking for in making my new projects and delivering the outcome I have been aiming for.

Rebecca has been working on my website over the past year and she has been absolutely amazing trying to undrestand what I have been looking for in making my new projects and delivering the outcome I have been aiming for.
Data issue unresolved. Their reply below shows they have zero measures in place. I have two years of emails with this company..
Please be careful. I can’t get my investment back. Don’t loose your hard earned money.
This company is a total disaster—avoid them at all costs. They completely failed to uphold our business agreement, showing zero regard for deadlines or quality. The graphics they produced were shockingly poor and amateurish, looking nothing like the professional standard they advertise.
The customer service experience was consistently unhelpful and dismissive. Interactions were marked by a lack of professionalism and a rude demeanor that made resolving issues impossible. It appears that the business has even taken steps to hide public feedback after receiving numerous poor ratings from dissatisfied clients.
Most concerning was the mishandling of confidential business documentation. Receiving files that did not belong to the intended project raises serious questions about the operational integrity and data management practices of the studio. There is no assurance that sensitive information is being handled with the necessary care or security. This business is unprofessional, unreliable, and should be avoided at all costs.

I engaged Irish Web Studios in late 2023. While the initial logo design went well, I deeply regret moving forward with them for anything else. What followed was a 2 year long nightmare of hidden costs, poor communication and unfulfilled services.
In Jan 2024, I agreed to let them develop my website. Getting it over the line was an uphill battle due to major communication issues with the developers. Most frustratingly, many hidden costs only came to light a few weeks into the project. It took so much of my attention that I almost lost track of the other service I paid for: my IPO registration.
The IPO Registration Mess: I paid €675 for them to register my logo with the Intellectual Property Office of Ireland. By April 2024, I realized I hadn't received a certificate or correspondence from the IPO. i linked with the company a number of times but each time I was passed around to different agents, about four in total before reaching current agent Rebecca Finch. She apologised for the inconvenience and reassured me she will investigate my case and make follow ups. Weeks later she gave me a submission receipt that oddly indicated they used a solicitor based in the Netherlands—I still don't know why for an Irish registration.
I was told it would take 12 weeks. After 12 weeks, I reached out to Rebecca again. She asked me to re-verify company details (which I did), she apologized again and promised to monitor it. Months went by with nothing.
Refusal to Refund: In Jan 2025, after a year of waiting, I asked for my money back. They refused, claiming the funds were used for a "resubmission." i spent all of 2025 trying to resolve this issue either by getting my money back or get my IPO reg cert. It is now January 2026. Two years later, I have no certificate and they still have my €675.
Here are Red Flags about this company:
1. No Phone Support: Their phone number (shared on their website) just rings out. You can only get them via WhatsApp messaging or email.
2. Hidden Costs: The website development process was plagued by "hidden fees" that only appeared once the project was underway. Be very sceptical of the price they quote you - it may look good but you will find a lot of hidden costs later on.
My advice - Avoid at all costs: I have tried to work with them for two years to resolve this. I am now forced to go through the Small Claims Court to get my money back. if there was a way to give a zero star I would have given it.
Update (May 2026) - I submitted my complaint with small claims court Jan 2026, i served Irish web studios the required 14day notice period before submission. they didnt engage within the 14 days but they arranged a video call with me on the 3rd week of the initial notice. i engaged with the call but oddly they had their cameras turned off. initial call was not productive, they offered to refund in equal monthly payments over 5 months which i obviously denied and request full refund in one payment. with the small claims submitted all i could do was wait. then Rebecca called in March 2026 with another one of her colleagues. at this call i reluctantly agreed to a refund over 2 payments (one payment each month) starting April. a plan was set an agreed upon. i can now confirm that Irish web studios honoured the agreed refund in 2 payments (April and May 2026). they have now fully refunded my account.
Verdict - I lost a lot of time and spend a lot of energy fighting with these guys for my refund. i would not give them any more business than i already have. hope this helps someone out there.

I would not recommend this company at all, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! We used their services for a while and all of a sudden our website and emails are no longer working. We have called, emailed and submitted new enquiries just to get a hold of someone to solve the issue and continue using their services but it has been 3 months of trying to reach out and they still have not gotten back to us. I would recommend using a different reliable source as they are very unprofessional AND DO NOT RESPOND AT ALL!!!

I contracted this company for very specific reasons as my business has expanded and I need a course provider website, that's all inclusive/ automated etc., This company promised me all of the things I needed. We had a March 2025 finish date, which I promoted and spent a lot of money advertising. The company was terrible to communicate with, and is completely denying the basis of the whole contract. The 'website' they are trying to say is almost complete - has absolutely none of the features I contracted for and moreover, is worse than my own current website. I have been so distressed and upset and have been trying for months now to get my money back. On a call, they said to a colleague of mine that I just contracted for a 'basic word press website' and the other features are out of their capacity. It is just beyond belief.
Moreover, I lost faith in this company months ago and now believe I have been scammed.
I am 100% not stopping until I get a full refund, whether through the courts or otherwise. I am a small business and this has deeply affected me.
This company, in my opinion and experience, is falsely advertising it's abilities and taking money upfront and not following through.
Please avoid this business at all costs.

Initial quote looks good but lots of hidden extras to get a site live. They are not based in Ireland and try to get you to communicate through Whatsapp where you deal with a different person each time with no knowledge of your issues. Customer service is very poor. During building I needed to constantly follow up after deadlines were missed. I got a basic website structure and finished the remainder myself just to get live. I have had technical issues where my site has been down for weeks and unable to get a response. After getting my site back up they never provided me with access. I am now locked out of my site for 4 weeks with nobody responding to get me access.
Update June 2025: Irish Web Studios have since reached out and a new member of the team has helped address the issues I have had in a satisfactory manner to get me back up and running.

This is a FRAUD AGENCY - Our website was being made in Pakistan. The reviews you will find online are faked and the name Irish Web studios is a cover up. They are off loading your work to cheap developers abroad. We have been back and forth with them for months to claim the "100% money back guarantee" refund that was claimed but we havn't seen a cent.
Update: the company has replied and said we are in open communication: they have sent us fake refund invoices where we never saw the money in our account. We are not still communicating over the issue - it was 9 months ago when we first asked for a refund and they have stopped replying. AVOID

Please I received nothing from this company only hassle and a couple of screenshots I did not want hosting for free I wanted what I paid for I think you will find your reply is false and inaccurate you did not even purchase the domain name or business email which cost very little money compared to the additional 200 I paid this company I purchased it in the end something as simple as that was not completed not professional at all

Unfortunately this company as much as they try to come across as Irish , are not based in Ireland. They are not registered and not registered for VAT. They use a paid office address in Limerick. When I signed up I was hounded by calls and WhatsApp messages just trying to get me to hand over money. The main guy “Matthew” gets very agro when you don’t pay a deposit or need time to think before going with him for a website

Both Catherine & Rebecca worked on my project, they were professional and thorough and showed much patience. Delighted with the finished product and happy to recommend. Rebecca went above and beyond her role to accommodate my requirements and is very much appreciated.
Avoid this company at all costs. I suspected there was something dodgy about after I had paid them for the agreed job. They're clearly not based in Ireland but they're pretending to be. After you use their services they will keep hounding you trying to get you to use them again. I asked them several times to stop calling me. They call from a limerick number but when I asked where they were based they said Dublin but wouldn't give an exact location. Before the hounding, while in a rush for design work to be done, I used them. The work was satisfactory, even if it did take them longer to complete the job than was agreed. 13 months on, I contacted them and asked them to resend me the designs as the original link they had sent me had expired. They said they couldn't and it was my own fault for not downloading them. I have the whole conversation saved and there was absolutely no mention of the link expiring. I had sent the link to a printing company and didn't have a need to download them. They didn't answer the phone to me and then engaged in a WhatsApp chat which was so unprofessional and I was shocked at the attitude they had towards me. They said that it was my fault and that if I wanted the design, I would have to pay again. They then, out of no where threatened me with legal action. Unbelievable behaviour and attitude.

Avoid the biggest scam of a company. Took my money and didn’t supply what was agreed.
No website or domain a month later. Save ur money and go with a company that is registered to trade.
