Clothes came quickly and beautifully packed. Loved the extra personalised finish to the packing.

Quick delivery of a gorgeous dress. Unfortunately I was to tall for it but I received a really quick refund through PayPal, much quicker than other larger shops I use on line. Really impressed just very sorry about the dress!

One of the items I wanted appeared as in stock and I was able to check out and pay for it, but then received an email saying it wasn’t actually in stock and that I would be refunded for it in a few days. The other items that were actually in stock arrived in a little over a week and all look quite good.

I purchased the cream Gemeaux jumpsuit, however when got home I noticed it had marks on it. I phoned the store and they kindly put another one aside for me. This second jumpsuit was also marked so I ended up ordering on-line which was sent from the Cambridge store. Fortunately it was third time lucky. Love the jumpsuit and looking forward to wearing it when the weather cools down. Disappointing purchasing experience though and I do feel somewhat lacking in customer service.

Beautiful store with wonderful clothes, such nice fabrics and colours. The lady was so helpful when the dress wasnt available in my size anymore she found it online for me instead and wrote fowb exactly how to find it. Will definitely come again!

Amazing service! I contacted Iris and Violet via the website chat regarding a dress which I was keen on but it was only available for collection from the Stamford store. Beth, the owner, was very helpful and was able to get the dress delivered to the Cambridge store for me to collect. She was very helpful, friendly and accommodating! Thank you ever so much for your help and I absolutely love the dress!

The clothes in Iris and Violet are beautiful. If you love bespoke then this is the shop for you. I bought a dress 👗 for my holiday and can't wait to show it off.

My pair of earrings that l ordered arrived very quickly. As requested they were gift wrapped in a beautiful box as a present for my daughter, l might add there was no charge for this. I believe my daughter knows your company well as she and her friends have purchased from you.
