Great buying experience

Absolutely love this shop. Visited the Cambridge shop just before Xmas with my sister. My sister ended up buying me a knitted top as a surprise present for Xmas but sadly it was too small. I contacted the shop by email and they couldn’t have been more helpful and so prompt in replying. I sent the top back and they emailed me a voucher to the value of the top so I could purchase something else. Can’t recommend this shop enough, love it, will definitely be buying more!

Wonderful service and quick delivery. I had been searching everywhere for a coat that I’d seen on asos but had sold out. I found on iris & violet, contacted the store and the manager - Danielle - reserved one for me and even let me wait until black Friday to pay. She also allowed a short delay for it to be posted as I was away at the time. Outstanding service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

A great boutique, I shop online as I found out about the store on a trip to Cambridge but don't live locally. Lovely selection all the time! I've bought several times over the years with no issues, products always top condition. Great for gifts too. I'm sure I will be making more purchases!
