I wish I could give this scam company zero stars!!! I ordered a dress several months ago that I never received. Paid 40 dollars plus shipping for it. When I checked the tracking nearly a month later it said it was delivered to California! I live in Florida!!!. I sent several emails to their business email letting them know they shipped it to the wrong address and I requested a refund but I never received a response from them. How the hell can this company get away with taking people's money? I'm going to report them to the BBB. Please don't fall for their scam!!

If i could give minus stars i would! What's the saying, if somethings too good to be true then it probably is?! Well, i came across an ad (and i know how thick i sound now) on Instagram. Out of season branded trainers at massively reduced prices. Well, i spent £85 on said trainers. Got a confirmation message after payment on the website and a note saying once the order and payment had been processed, i'd receive a confirmation email. I made an account, and was logging in everyday to see if the staus had changed from processed to shipped or something of the like. Payment cleared from my account 2 days later, still no email confirmation. So, i go to log onto the website when i get 'page cannot be found' message. Website deleted. This company uses multiple different websites and names but the payment out of my bank went to Iridescentsy. The website was officeonline.shoezone blah blah blah. No where on the site did it mention Iridescentsy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS PEOPLE. I cancelled my bank card just in case. Merry Christmas, eh.

Ordered a dress. Shipping said 7-15 days. Dress never showed to be delivered until 25 days later. In actuality, the dress was NEVER delivered. Still in the process of trying to get in touch with them. I reached out to the email address provided throughout the process and all they would respond with is to “be patient”. This is a huge scam! DO NOT BUY! Pinterest still allows them to advertise but do not fall for it!

I made an order for $120, they send me the tracking number plus the link (3-4 weeks later) the order was on “another address” I told them and they reship the dresses again. AGAIN they delivered it to another address. (I made the purchase on October, still no dresses).

Do not order anything! They are scammers! I ordered the dress on September 15, 2023. It didn't arrive, I wrote that when tracking the shipment, it shows that the dress is in stock in Ostrava since October 2. They wrote me that they were sending me new clothes. Today is 12/10/2023 and no clothes have arrived. I wrote several emails, they always send me the same email, apparently an automatic machine, that they called the courier and that I should wait. They are just lies!

Never received the order, I was sent a tracking number which showed that the package was sent to another address in Switzerland, confirmed by the courier company. They were investigating they said and blaming the carrier but they never shared their findings. All they had to do was track their own shipping and check the addreses. I asked for my money back USD67.69 but they gave me two choices. A refund of 30% for the inconvenience to close the case once and for all, a right cheek or reshipping. Ofcourse I am not going to loose my 70% for goods not received. They insisted on reshipping and are asking me for patience for them to share a tracking number. Totally ignoring my demand for a refund, not replying to my questions but just talking about reshipping. Not sure if its a human or a robot behind the replies. They claim to be Iridescentsy UK but clearly in China. Beware of this company. I believe they are scammers . I wish I read the reviews before I ordered.

Was scammed of my $140. Ordered 3 dresses that NEVER arrived. Was initially told my order was delivered to Winnipeg while I live in Alberta. Was told it would be reshipped and that one was delivered to Toronto!!!! Total SCAM and Fraud. It's been 4 months now since I placed that order

This company deserves No stars they are scamming people clearly have a Florida address but it was delivered to a Chicago address please stop advertising this company for they are taking people’s money and clothes I want my funds back I reached out through emails several times but I got no response at all why because they are scammers

This Company showed some lovely dresses on line,and due to the fact that it was coming up to my Son's wedding I PAID OUT £84.55 for three dresses on the 25/07/2023.

Guess what? NO DRESSES-NO REFUND -after constantly pursuing them for over five months.

Four weeks ago I received notification to be patient,the refund is on its way.Still no refund as of 01/12/2023.

They are total scumbags and I go so far,as to say do not buy anything from them.

Absolute scammers they do not deiiver send out fake tracking data AVOID AVOID

Sharing their pins means you do not support GDPR and advertising scammers website.

I paid €75 and the link was advertised link on PINTEREST.

I have had exactly the same story as previous reviews. My order was 'delivered' to Sydney! I live 800km away! Offered to send order again....still waiting! They are scammers.

Same story as everyone else. I made an order then it got delivered ‘to the wrong address’ aka-a different country. After that I messaged them telling them of their mistake and first got sidelined by them saying ‘was it?’ Then ‘wait a few days for us to sort this issue’, etc. 3months later and still no headway. I’m currently contacting Pinterest to have them removed as well as various scam watchdogs to prevent others falling into this mistake. I’ll be contacting Pinterest to examine their policy on allowing fake advertisers to use their site without first checking they’re legit! Keep safe everyone!

Further information: I contacted Pinterest about this and they said that they they are looking into this and will look to update their policies on fake sellers on their site. I did try and make the point that social media sites that allow such scammers to advertise on their site without first checking they are legit should be partially responsible for the costs lost by the victims but didn’t really get a response other than along the lines of ‘oh dear, Nevermind’. If you are looking for a refund or to get your money back it’s best to go through your bank. Will update you all if I make any headway!!

Update: I looked again today and couldn’t find this account on Pinterest. I’m assuming it’s been taken down? Anyone finds it again on Pinterest leave a screenshot or something here and I’ll contact Pinterest again. I’ll see if I can get this site shut down permanently! Oh, I’ve also contacted google and hope to have this site wiped out for Christmas.

Do not buy from these people they aren't real there's no way to contact them they give fake tracking numbers to keep you interested then deliver to a different country then send you a pict of your parcel at the wrong door they are a rio off and a disgrace

Yes, this is a TOTAL SCAM!!! I purchased a dress also and when I didn't get a tracking number I tried to have my Credit Card company stop the payment and they could not! So they CHEATED me out $50.00

It seems I’ve experienced exactly what others have with this bogus website. I ordered $135 worth of clothing. They happily took my money, and several days they later claimed it was delivered. It was. To a different STATE! FLORIDA! Or so the tracking says.
I think corporate at Pinterest.com should be notified of this. They are prominently featured there.
