Very positive experience with my order. The battery I needed was in 'local warehouse' and took about a week to arrive - from Germany to Ireland.
It fitted perfectly in my Dell laptop and worked like a dream.
The battery came very well packaged with all the tools needed to access the inside of the laptop which I was not expecting.

This is a brilliant service. The exact battery for my 5 year old (dead) laptop arrived with a toolkit for fitting it. €36 including delivery.After re setting my laptop to factory settings I now have an as-new computer. A slight delay on the delivery- I think it came from Germany. Otherwise 5 star.

Easy to place an order. There are two types of batteries fo my model of the laptop, which I was unaware of, however with the very good info on the WEB site I was able to order the correct one. Fast shipping, somewhat slow delivery by the post.

Chinese not Irish company.
So firstly Irelandbattery.com is a Chinese company not Irish.
My battery despite being locally in stock has been 10 days in transit so far. Now as I live in Ireland I could have walked there and collected it by now several times over.
The tracking details show it's in Germany, or Holland depending on what bit I read.
I have a frustrated customer and either there are some amazingly false reviews on here or it's amazingly coincidental that every Irish purchaser I have talked to about this company has had similar experiences.
I can't honestly say I expect this battery to ever arrive, and if it does it's probably going to be a cheap knock off masquerading as a genuine part. Very disappointed and I won't ever be using them again.

However, in order to provide better service and faster delivery, we have set up local warehouses in many countries, including Ireland, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, Hungary, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Poland, Australia, the United States, Canada, and Hong Kong.
For every order, we adopt the principle of dispatching from the nearest available warehouse based on real-time inventory. This means your item may ship from a nearby European warehouse (e.g., Germany or the Netherlands) if the Irish stock was not available at the moment of your purchase.
2. About the delivery time
We completely understand your concern regarding the transit delay. Unfortunately, sometimes parcels may be rerouted between European hubs (such as Germany or the Netherlands) before reaching Ireland. This can add unexpected time to delivery, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it has caused you.
Please rest assured that all of our products are tested and covered by our warranty policy. They are not cheap knock-offs, but carefully checked replacement batteries designed to be compatible with your device.
