Terrible experience
Terrible experience. This company will make you fill out multiple forms for any given transaction, wait for days to execute it, and then bleed you dry with a variety of fees. Good luck trying to close your account - that costs money too. Look elsewhere if you are trying to self-manage your 401K money.
