Rude experience
As of today, the customer service has been very rude. I made a purchase through the Onbuy.com platform, trusting the positive reviews, but I came across this seller who, due to their own negligence, failed to mention, even with a simple notice, that customs fees might be applied to receive the item I ordered.
When I received the courier’s notice for customs clearance, I promptly requested a return and refund directly from the seller.
To this day, I continue to receive useless and annoying replies without any resolution to my issue.
I hope that one day I’ll be able to change my mind and revise this negative review, as well as my overall experience.
