The medication is good
The medication is good, as far I can tell after 2 weeks.
However the reorder process is difficult, and all the discount I got, could not be applied, so no use.

Absolutely shocking service I'd give…
Absolutely shocking service I'd give minuse if possible! Been a nightmare since starting my order. Paid for extra delivery and it never came on time the box was damaged, the pen was warm (which needed to be kept cold until use) and the ice pack was literally a bag of water so put everythingin the bin today! I did make a complaint and still waiting for a response!

When transit is extended, these materials can sometimes soften, and ice packs which we include as an added precaution may melt. We understand this doesn't look ideal, and we're actively reviewing ways to improve durability without compromising our sustainability values.
We also want to reassure you that the medication itself remains safe. In April 2026, the MHRA approved updated guidelines allowing Wegovy to be transported at temperatures of up to 30°C for up to 48 hours, so even if the packaging feels warm, the pen remains effective and clinically safe.
We always encourage patients to reach out to us directly if they're unsure.

I’ve just ordered for the first time…
I’ve just ordered for the first time after restarting Mounjaro and the process was simple and quick. I’m happy with the service. One thing to note was that one of the ice bags was burst so the delivery driver delivered the package wet. However the actual injection was fine.
