Never received my October box. Contacted customer service multiple times. I was told the would replace it, when I asked tracking number on replacement box, I was told would receive shortly- that was three days ago!

I don't know what has happened at Ipsy but it is evident there jas been a major shift and it has not been in the right direction. The product offerings have declined in quality, there is tremendous repetition of product types..how many eye shadow palettes and moisturizers can one person use...and most of all the deployment of their completely useless agentic AI bot and customer service department . I cancelled my membership after years with BoxyCharm.... so disappointed but investigating other potential subscriptions that may yield more positive results.

I got my October Ipsy extra on Nov 1. And today when I did my choices they put the same products in each choice. Then my last choice only gave me 4 choices and then on the add ons I saw the same products priced for 2 different prices. Same product and same size, only one was 6$ and the other one was 12$. When it was BOXYCHARM it was so good. I’d even say it was worth 5 stars. But when they merged, well, u see how many stars I give now. Ipsy has got to do better. I started out with Ipsy many years ago but they sucked so I went to Boxycharm and so now I don’t know what I’m gonna do.

Horrible service. I have more or less trusted Ipsy up to this point, although shipments have been lost or delayed. But this time has convinced to just stay away. If you all ever do find my order and get it to me that will be great. And BTW your chatbot is useless and your customer service not much better.

THEY SAID THEY CANCELLED AND CHARGED ME AGAIN THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!!! This review also isn’t “unprompted” they sent an email asking for it.
Edit: they wrote back saying they’re a “legitimate company” LOL DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS. There’s also conveniently no way to unsubscribe from their irritating emails from the emails themselves. They are scammers and Galen Smith are a laughing stock and failure. I think given all these reviews it’s time for a class action lawsuit.

Absolutely love ipsy! I think it’s super convenient and in times of trouble/need customer service is right there with a great turn around time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a little cosmetic gift each month.

The products are of increasingly poor quality; if they send one from a well-known brand, the rest are from brands I've never heard of. The time it takes for them to ship and for me to receive the products is excessive. I wouldn't recommend it to any friend or family member.

Horrible horrible experience. I’ve had multiple packages sent to the wrong address after trying to update it on the website multiple times. When my packages were sent to the wrong address, they told me they would send me a package for free to make up for it and then still charged me for the package anyways. It’s also been Over six weeks since I was told I would get my first complimentary package. The customer service was terrible. And now I’m waiting on hearing back from why I was charged for an extra boxy charm bag again. I would not recommend signing up for this.

Thank you Jonathan with Ipsy CS. You absolutely deserve a kudos for your hard work in helping customers. My box was stolen from my front porch and I had ordered add-ons to my box. So it was a box of 10+ items in it. You got to work replacing my box and replacing add ons that were still in stock. Then refunded anything that was out of stock, so I could buy something else. Thank you so much!! I just rejoined Ipsy a few months ago after a long year off. CS use to be terrible and now it’s improved so keep up the great work. We appreciate it.

I used to love Ipsy but since combining with boxy charm, it went downhill. I loved boxycharm on its own more because of the high quality products (Ipsy mainly had trial/sample sizes and boxy charm had more full sized, bigger bang for your buck). Since combining, I canceled my subscription after products arrived opened/disastrous in the boxes. I have ordered things separately when on sale recently, I was charged the full amount, and we are approaching 1 full month of my products still not being shipped. I was told I’d get a replacement sent a week ago with the exception of one item now being sold out. I still haven’t received any shipping update on my replacement package now either. Don’t know if I’ll be using Ipsy again which is sad after many years of being a member…

I've been with Ipsy since they acquired boxycharm, and was with boxycharm for years before that. I pay for the yearly subscription because it's cheaper than paying monthly. I've been overall impressed with the brand. I love the products. Mostly, I get great brands and trending products. They are usually good about matching my skin tone. I love that I get to choose three items. I LOVE the add-on option because you can get some really great quality products at a fraction of the price you pay at Sephora or ulta. The best part of this company is their customer service. I have always been super impressed with how they handle any problems or issues that may arise. They always go above and beyond to make me happy and because of that, I will be a continued customer for as long as they are in business!!!

I resubscribed about 2 months ago. With a gift worth $75. Firstly, I don’t get my gift. Secondly, this last glam bag was sent to the wrong address even though I’ve had the previous one sent to the correct address. So that was very strange. I called to get a replacement and my $75 gift and again it was sent to the wrong address. At this point I’m frustrated. I contacted the post office and also opened a case with them. I have yet to hear back from them. I only got a reply back to explain my situation but nothing after that.

I love IPSY! Great quality, selection and it's fun!! It's great to get a fun cute bag monthly with great makeup! I'm 60 now and through IPSY I found Espresso mascara and a rose eyeshadow stick that looks so much better than black mascara, super soft look for my age. There's something for everyone and there are great finds under $10 to try before buying a larger version, it's been really helpful!

I think it’s funny that ipsy will ask me for a review for a product I’ve never received and have a support ticket in for. I imagine my order has been once again lost and I will receive a replacement that includes products I don’t want.

I love the IPSY products I enjoyed using them. Which the bags were bigger or at least some products. The only concern or complaint was that I'm waiting on multiple items and got charged for two months' subscriptions were charged to my bank, but I haven’t received the glam products or the things I've ordered before cancelling my subscriptions. I made multiple accounts with my work, school and personal emails. As well as made an account with my husbands information. I emailed them and the response was that the October bag is on the way and I should of received my last items even though I canceled because they were already sent out but the other bags they are not replacing because of over 20 days which I feel isn't fair also letting them know I never received my icon box or my 8 full-size products. I asked them if I could have a refund or if they could again try to send out but they said it’s not eligible for a refund or can't get other items back and I’m not happy about it, so I cancelled. Also asked if I could a replacement for everything that was also a no. Overall it's an okay option to have

I have an order from Ipsy shop that is as of today 15 business days from the date I purchased and I have not received it nor is it showing up with either shipping partner or USPS along with BoxyCharm (Ipsy Extra) and I have contacted the customer service twice to check on it. I love Ipsy and I am a huge fan and supporter of their business and they truly do give the customers so much value for the price and if you love Beauty and you want to try a vast array of products that you may never even know existed or couldn’t ever afford, this is a great way to go. I believe that if they can deliver the products and do so fairly and timely they should not have any issues. I am returning again from a few months of getting exhausted with having to reach customer service for help because I can’t get my app or the site to allow me choose my 3 picks, I am usually unable to access that and addons and I was given an offer to return as a customer and receive a free Glow Recipe gift of $65 or more. My Glam Bag came as usual, but my Boxy, addons and shop order are still not showing up as they were last seen with ACI on the 20th. I am guessing honestly that I am not going to get the full package or any gift and I have waited until I received the package of these items before resigning up for Ipsy Ultimate, which I am now sadly wondering why I have such a hard time getting my items. I am also waiting for my Beauty Boost. It’s the 27th and I made sure to get my picks and addons in by the 1st. I ordered from the shop on the 6th. They all show they were shipped out around mid month. I needed these items and I hope to get some help from Ipsy with this consistent issue so I can enjoy the best subscription service ever made! Please help me find out what is happening to my stuff every month lately. If it weren’t for this constant issue I’d be giving a 5 star rating. I loved my IPSY and it was the highlight of each month! Please let me know what has happened with it and over months what has changed that makes this a regular occurrence for some of us? Thanks!
