We went in search of a fireplace, as focal point for our lounge. The lady in the showroom could not have been more helpful if she tried. We went in with a set idea in our mind of what we wanted but thankfully she made us think outside the box. What we particularly liked was the no pressure feel to the whole experience. Ben and Lui arrived 2 weeks later and installed our lovely new fire suite, just in time for Christmas. Perfect - thanks to all at Ipswich Fireplace Centre Ltd

Ipswich Fireplace Centre (Unit 21 Holywells Rd) have a great showroom staffed with people who know their business. They installed a new log burner (with external flue) within a custom built fireplace, plastered on the outside with red brick slips inside and a stone hearth. They turned up when they said they would and finished it all to a very high standard. We could not be happier and would highly recommend them.
