Had a complete nightmare trying to…

Had a complete nightmare trying to download this to my new Google pixel phone and could not find anyone to help me trouble shoot this. Eventually, they just stopped responding to my messages. Up until then it all worked fine.

Tried to take over my phone

Do not use this app, as they make you give them full access to your phone, meaning they can easily steal bank info, lock your settings, and change passwords. These companies should not exist, as what they are doing is extremely illegal. Avoid at all costs.

Not fit for purpose

I've been a panel member for about 3 years, initially using an android phone and, for the last 2 years, an iPhone. On android, it's relatively OK but with iPhone it's a total nightmare. The issues are:- 1) The app suppresses the warning beep when you receive a text or email. 2) You have to re-start data collection after each phone call. 3) The app overloads the phone, which keeps crashing. 4) The battery drain is horrendous - my battery goes from 100 to 30 in about 3 hours. As a result of repeated discharging and charging, my battery is now kaput so the phone is a write-off. When you contact Support, they pretend not to know about these problems. My advice would be AVOID. It's just not worth it

They are one of the better survey sites…

They are one of the better survey sites with one of the lowest payment thresholds £5 and more importantly, they reward you points even after you don't qualify for a survey which is really good. May other sites should do this, it's not hard.

In the same situation as a lot of…

In the same situation as a lot of people on here, you do everything their app tells you to do and then they don't pay you.

EDIT: I have emailed your support and they said "We sent your comments to the project team." that was a month ago and still not heard nothing. It is clearly a scam.

EDIT; Ipsos is trying to get reviews removed so there are likely a lot more 1 star reviews

Cheaters- Not keeping their promise

Cheaters- Not keeping their promise
This company promised me to pay 10£/month for keeping their app in my phone, now they coming up with lame excuses and not fulfilling their promise. I feel my phone battery has gone weird because of their app and my phone runs out of battery in 2 hours. So avoid this sham company and their app.

I downloaded this app

I downloaded this app, which promised £20 on signing up and £10 per month thereafter. I never did get the £20, but I did after a couple of months start to receive the £10pm regularly. So I was reasonably happy.
However, my phone battery started to run out within a few hours, despite the fact that I'm a very low mobile phone user. I didn't realise it was because of this App and so I looked into replacing my phone. When I couldn't get the same contract, I decided to live with the battery problem.
Only when I saw reviews on here and elsewhere, did I realise it was this App that was running my battery down.
I have now uninstalled the app and my battery lasts for 36 hours.
I'm so glad I didn't replace my phone now.
So overall, not worth the £10 a month, as I was constantly running out of charge.

Not worth it!

Thought I would do this for a bit of extra cash. Unless you constantly have the app on 24/7, you will get bombarded with texts. Every time I got a phone call it would disable the app. Most of the time I would have to restart it as they kept texting me to tell me they are sorry but it's not working. I had it on as much as I could for about a month and then told me I didn't give them enough data and took me off the scheme. Very annoyed as I tried to do it as much as possible. I was receiving maybe 5/6 texts A DAY. So unless you are desperate I would give this a miss as it's too much effort.

Not to be trusted!

To whom it may concern: (Ipsos).

Hello,

I am writing to you in hopes of getting some help.
Hello, On May 30, I was invited to the Analyze Me Project for 8 weeks, I would in return receive a $25 gift card for downloading the App., an $25, for completing the project. Here, it is October, and I haven't received my gift cards yet??? The only response I constantly receive is Sophia stating that I will hear back from her in a few days, that was on October 22,2018. I've done my part, an I expected your panel to do the same. I've spoken with Productreportcard, and they agreed that I should not have to go through this. Please fix this, as I have sent the proof as requested!!

Thank you,

Pamela

Today is June 11, 2019, an I am still waiting, still have the App; installed, which mean they are probably still watching my every click. No, I will not let this go.
