IPower.energy is a total scam

IPower.energy is a total scam.
I ordered a diesel heater and the one received was worth half the value of the one ordered. Nothing like the one purchased.
Tried to get a refund and was told to return it to get a refund. I sent it back to them but they did not take delivery of it and did not refund my payment.
Avoid buying anything from this company.

This is a scam site

This is a scam site. I lost $943 trying to purchase 2 x power AGM batteries. No replies to emails no phone number.
I have reported to PayPal and Google as they advertise their payment methods (which are not available).
Later I found out too that they are not authorised distributors for Power AGM.
I wish I saw all the signs sooner!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I purchased a 200mh lithium ion battery for my caravan. What I got was a much smaller lead battery which leaked acid. Customer servise is only email with a 2 to 6 day wait for a reply and then you will not receive a logical answer. There is no contact phone number available and their address at 23 Centenary ave MOOREBANK SYDNEY 2170 Is an Amazon distribution warehouse. You will not get a replacement or a refund. JUST DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM IPOWER ENERGY

Do not buy

I received a used and incomplete LED corner lamp unit. When I asked for a replacement or refund, I received a sarcastic email telling me to return the box to China before a refund, with no details or address.

Fraudulent Seller Buyer beware

On Sunday 17th October 2021 I ordered 3 x Polinovel NOVEL12200, 12v 200ah Lithium-Ion batteries online through Power Distributors also as known as ipower.energy. I paid $2,195.00 to Emarket AUSTRALIA. They may also be trading as LiFePo4.
However, I have not received what I ordered. What I have received is a battery that is NOTHING like what is advertised.
I have checked the specification of the Polinovel 12v 200ah Lithium-Ion battery to what was sent.
Here are the differences:
What I received Polinovel Specifications
Unlabelled Labelled
Weight - 9.4Kg 25.5Kg
Length - 330mm 485mm
Width - 170mm 170mm
Height - 220mm 245mm
The dimensions of the battery supplied is less than 100ah.
I have previously sent numerous e-mails to Power Distributors about this purchase and have yet to receive a single reply. I have also tried to call them on 02 8488 8188 which just goes straight to a message bank. Messages have been left again with no reply.
I have emailed and received a reply from Polinovel Batteries and they unformed me that they don't have an authorised distributor in Australia.
On Wednesday 27th October I sent a letter as outlined on the Fair Trading website to Power Distributors but have yet to receive a reply. I have also made complaints to NSW Qld Police which have advised that it is probably an overseas company. I have also filed a complaint with Australia Cyber & Security Commission about this group of fraudulent companies.
There are alot of disgruntled customer reviews on Product Review as well

Bought a 12v 300aH battery at a bargain…

Bought a 12v 300aH battery at a bargain price....forgot to look before I leapt......ooops. Received a rectangular battery......it's shape being the only thing that resembled the battery I thought I bought. No packing slip, nothing in or on the box to identify the item inside apart from a half torn "PART SKU" sticker on the top. This tells me it is from some sort of kit...maybe a UPS or solar one....who knows. Any way be very careful buying anything from here!!!
