Very unfriendly by email, just asking information about an order and the replay was very misleading, had to ask 2-3 times the same question just to receive the answer, always the clients fault. Had to cancel the order because they were not trustworthy
Insanely slow delivery, misshandled my mobo the first time so I had to wait for a replacement. Insanely long wait times for warranty. Took them 1 day to make up nonsense to void my warranty for my mobo, but now it's taking them a week to review my cpu - theyre doing this so they can take the christmas holidays off, so I won't have my pc till mid january - february. Waiting up to 2 months so I can have my pc back - what a sick joke!
Paid and order 10.01.2025, got mail that i will receive my items Wednesday 15.01, next day i write mail to get info and they said that items was shipped 16.01 and i will receive in 3-5 days, that's my lesson. Bought few items from different store got it in 2 days, this store is having Croatian web link but apparently items coming from Hungary, if i knew that i would never purchase anything, there is some Croatian stores that send and you receive in 2-3 days. Lesson learned
