defect Miner, no support, no answers

Ordered new ipollo g1 mini

one is not working correctly. No support from Ipollo, no answers for my mails.
I opened it, after making enough pictures that it isn´t working and writing 2 mails, and saw that is already a used miner.

I have bought almost 5 new miners from…

I have bought almost 5 new miners from ipollo they are crap they stopped working most after 6 months they didn't give an error fans were working the cards just burnt out. I have a dust safe liquid safe area for mining so it wasn't due to anything I did. I first thought oh well maybe its just a bad miner it happens in electronics all 5 have now one by one died a smidge after 6 months they were all new sealed bought from reputable authorized retailers and still all performed same. good for 6 months and then boom down each one went one after another. At this point i was like ill buy the X1 and it just died today it lasted the longest 8 months bought in jan of 2024 dead in nov 11 2024.

Non existing customer support

I've bought their X1 miner for the ethash algorithm. I was mining OCTA. A few weeks ago, all iPollo miners stopped mining this coin after block 3000000. They did not update their firmware to fix this. I've contacted customer support to ask whether they have plans to update the firmware, so that I can continue mining with their hardware. I have never heard from them. I left them my email, phone number. This is frustrating because you see "We are online" in their chat, you ask them a question and then they simply ignore you. Or maybe the chat and email are just fake. What I learned is that they simply do not care about customers after they purchase their miners. I would recommend other manufacturers, such as Jasminer. Stay away from iPollo.

Warranty, But repairs are at your expense

Machines are ok. But from what i see lots of problems. One of mine just went down and i need to send it to the USA (at my expense) - China = no mining so i assume can't be sent back.
Under warranty, 2 months of mining.
"Impossible" to exchange it for a new one apparently.
