I ordered a product that I never received. Instead of providing clear evidence that the parcel had been delivered, the company informed me that my case allegedly formed part of an “organised fraud”.
Despite making such a serious allegation, the company has not provided:
- any valid Proof of Delivery (POD);
- the identity of the alleged recipient;
- any explanation as to how the parcel could supposedly have been delivered while the carrier’s tracking later showed it remaining in France.
The available tracking information indicates that the parcel continued to be processed in France after the alleged delivery, including a “Parcel damaged” event recorded by Chronopost.
I have therefore initiated an independent investigation with the Belgian Postal Ombudsman to establish the factual circumstances of the shipment.
I have repeatedly asked the company to answer straightforward questions regarding:
- the delivery;
- the evidence supporting its fraud allegation;
- the investigation it claims to have conducted.
I also requested the contact details of the company’s designated consumer mediator so that this dispute can be resolved through the official ADR procedure provided under French consumer law.
I hope the company will now provide clear, documented and legally reasoned answers instead of repeating unsupported allegations.
Should the company choose not to respond publicly here, I will include that fact, together with all previous unanswered requests, in the documentation submitted during consumer mediation and, if necessary, before the competent court.

My order DAGRDVOFW was not delivered to me and according DPD and Colissimo tracking information page parcel was returned to sender on 03/06/2026.
I tried to contact with you several times via chat and email but you do not respond to me even while i see you read my message on live chat.
I contacted with DPD and they confirmed non-delivery and said parcel was returned to sender (IPLN).

I am extremely disappointed with the way this case has been handled.
More than 30 days have passed, and the merchant has still failed to prove that the order was delivered to me. The carrier’s tracking history even contains a “Returned to Sender” status, which raises serious questions about what actually happened to the parcel.
Instead of providing clear evidence of delivery, the company chose to make allegations of fraud and threaten to involve cybersecurity specialists and authorities, despite presenting no evidence whatsoever that I received the goods.
As a consumer, I expect factual proof, not accusations.
The issue is simple: either the merchant can demonstrate that the parcel was successfully delivered to me, or the order has not been properly fulfilled. Making unsupported allegations does not replace proof of delivery.
What concerns me most is that my money continues to be withheld while the merchant refuses to provide verifiable evidence that I ever received the goods.
I would strongly advise future customers to keep detailed records of all communications and tracking information in case a delivery dispute arises.

Order MKZZDXLLF still was not delivered to me.
I am writing this review due to the complete lack of communication from this store.
I contacted the seller on 26 January regarding a delayed delivery. Since then, I have received no response at all — no update, no explanation.
The parcel has not been delivered from 13 January and still on the way, and the seller has remained silent despite multiple attempts to contact them.
I clearly inform the store that this order is time-sensitive and only relevant if delivered no later than 5 February.
As a customer, the absence of any communication is extremely concerning. If this situation remains unresolved, I will have no option but to seek assistance through formal consumer protection channels.
Based on my experience, I would advise caution when ordering from this store, especially for time-sensitive purchases.

Regarding the delivery, the carrier’s tracking indicates that the parcel was marked as delivered on January 22.
