Exceptional honesty and great service

I walked into the shop expecting to replace the battery on my old iPad, but instead of just taking the job, the technician actually advised me to test the battery first. He explained clearly what I could expect from a new battery, gave realistic estimates rather than promises, and never pushed me to spend money unnecessarily.

He took the time to go through the battery behaviour with me, explained the difference between OEM the original battery, and was completely transparent about what the upgrade would, and wouldn’t, improve. It’s rare to meet someone in tech repair who cares more about giving you the right advice than making a quick sale, but that’s exactly the experience I had here.

I left with a much better understanding of my device and total trust in his expertise. If I ever do need a repair, this is absolutely the shop I’ll come back to. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazed by the good job he did. My I phone 11 was absolutely destroyed and he fixed it in no time for such a low price. Because of the low price I wasn’t expecting much out of it but I honestly never had such a good quality for a new screen and back glass. Also the best customer service ever the owner is a sweetheart that helped me out getting my phone even tho it was outside of opening hours. Would highly recommend!

Great experience. The guys were super fast and the clerk very helpful. They changed my battery and offered to take it back if it didnt fix my problem (it did). They even gave me a free screen protector as a gift. Keep going Iphonespecialisten!

Came to the shop with my Macbook Pro (2013) that got severe water damage with very little hope of having it work again...
They replaced my keyboard, fixed the power issues and worked their magic on the rest! Now I have a perfectly working macbook with a long guarantee on it.
At every step, their service was very transparent and honest about costs (no hidden surprises). And when more power issues were discovered, I did not have to pay any additional fee to get it repaired, just to prove that their guarantee works!

I suddenly started experiencing problems with my iphone - couldnt take or access my photos, download apps, upgrade icloud storage or make a backup and many other glitches. Everything I tried wasn't working. I went to Iphone Specialisten and they went above and beyond to help me. Even when one solution wasnt working they would try others. The whole thing took hours to fix and worst of all was I had a plane to catch so the owner stayed after hours and let me pass by to check up on the progress, and he even came in early morning the next day to sort out the final things where I met him before rushing out to the airport. He was a life-savior as all much of my work was on the phone and it looked like I was going to lose everything. They were very patient and dedicated to solving my problem. In the end I was charged a VERY fair price and they still guided me through the last steps. I am 100% satisfied and recommend them to anyone who has any phone problems. I normally never write any reviews, but that kind of above-and-beyond service is so rare these days that I really wanted to give them the visible credit they deserve :)

This is the second time I used Iphonespecialisten.

My iPhone suddenly wouldn't charge and attempts to clear the charging port didn't reveal any fluff. Went to the shop and they fixed it in a few minutes.

Probably just some stubborn fluff, but they fixed it fast and didn't even charge me.

I always get my phone fixed here. When my screen broke, they told me it would take a few days, but then fixed it in less than 10 minutes, because I would be out of town, even though they were about to close.
They have replaced my screen protector without any extra cost a few times, and even gave me a free cover.
They're really helpful, and the prices are fair.

The best place! I have been using them for five years for all my electronics and they never dissapoint!
Just recently, my Macbook broke down, and I was told by humac and 2 other stores that I had to replace the motherboard and that it would cost me 5000 DKK. Apparently it had broke down completely and there was no saving it. I went to Ali to ask him to extract all the data from by broken computer so I could transfer it to another. After 5 mins, he came out with my computer fully functioning!! A computer that humac and all the other places had said was totally broken. Incredible.

All in all super good service, nice and honest staff, great quality products and really quick service.

I really think they can fix anything! And at a very reasonable price too.

When you hit the wall and even Samsung doesn't want to guarantee they can salvage your data on a phone that's considered 'dead', this is the place to go.

My phone was totally dead, black screen, no button response, only a pulsing blue light occasionally and factory reset shortcuts failed to initiate. This was the only place that could access my phone and transfer all my data, apps, emails, contacts, pictures and other information to a new phone (or USB) for less than 1.000 kr.!

The shop owner is very pleasant, patient, friendly, speaks perfect English and even gave me a discount on everything. My gratitude is immeasurable and my data is saved!

If I could give a sixth star for service I would!
