I sent my iPad off for repair on the Thursday and chose express delivery. They rang me the Monday to say it needed extra work which was fine. When they sent it back to me on Tuesday it was an iPhone 4s! When I rang them they didn't know where my iPad was! They said to leave it 24hrs and hopefully it'll turn up. It finally arrived on the Thursday. They did refund my express delivery but I had to ring them to chase it up. I won't use them again as I've lost a little faith in their operation.

Was sceptical about getting phone fixed and apple wanted £206 for the replacement.

iPhone repair cost me just under £70 all in with new battery and backlit screen.

2 weeks after a screen was repaired it started acting funny so I took it back and was refused a repair under the warranty. I was blamed for further damage to the housing of the phone which was not true and they refused to repair it under the warranty

They wanted me to pay for a new one. Only way to resolve this was to email the manager who was abroad.

Fault found straight away repair done very quickly and very well

Repair took much longer than expected - it required a new battery which took several days to deliver and I was then promised it would be sent next day delivery but still took a further three days to arrive. All in all, even though I paid for Express Repair it took over a week.

I was not sure about this and there were some chiper options, but this worked really well. I posted my iPad with a broken glass on Saturday and got it back fixed on Friday. Simple as that.

All completed repaired and delivered within the specified time.

Carried out the repair in the time they said and for a reasonable cost. Only one comment - if I were them I would wear gloves as the phone was returned covered in finger marks which just looks a bit unprofessional.

The telephone function on my iPhone failed after it got wet in a thunder storm. Apple quoted £200 for a replacement. Having seen the advert for iPhone surgery ltd the phone was dispatched to them. Due to a slight communication error over the passcode there, Was a delay in work being started. However following a telephone call, the company quickly rectified matters and my phone was returned fully functioning a couple of days later. I found them to be extremely helpful and would recommend them to anyone, the phone works as it should all for fraction of the cost Apple quoted. Thank you

Sent IPad 4 last week for a charging problem. I think you guys should change your site as it does seem to indicate a 48 hour turn around and a little communication about a status update would go a long way. If I have to be honest a week turnaround is acceptable and the problem is resolved, so you can't really ask any more. 3 stars seems harsh for an acceptable experience especially when Apple said it would cost up to 4 times what Iphone surgery has sorted it for.

For a small fee phone was fixed that day, friendly trustworthy staff, when picking items up I had my disabled child with me and they even offered to come down to the car to assist me will definitely recommend to others to use this service

I dropped in for the 2 hour express repair on my iPad. All went very well and iPad restored to its previous mint condition.

The ipad I sent away was done well, for cheap and absolutely amazingly. My only issue is, there was still glass powder in the case we sent it in, which, I wasn't too happy about, but they otherwise got it done and did it quickly.

Sent off my I-pad air to have the screen replaced……..The I-pad was repaired and returned in 2 days.

Having dropped my ipad in the kitchen and having put up with a smashed screen. I sent it to your company for repair and what excellent results and for a excellent price

booked express collection and repair of ipad and iphone screens.
email communication updates throughout job was excellent- couriers arrived on time, jobs were done in time quoted.
Josh was superb in promptly answering my questions by phone and email.
One technical hiccup on one of the three devices repaired in that one small part of the new screen would not respond to the touch type; iPhone Surgery immediately collected it ( within two hours) reworked it and it came back perfect, as did the two iphones I had sent in originally. I would say this was a very unusual exception and the way it was handled reinforces my five star rating.
I would recommend this company - they do a great job and are a pleasure to deal with.
