I thought walk in same day service was same price as posted service. Otherwise no issues.

This company has been utterly useless. Nearly 2 weeks in and the cost has tripled and still no sign of my phone being repaired. Twice they have promised that it is in the post and will be delivered the next day but it hasn't.

It is nearly impossible to get through to them on the phone and they don't call back when promised. E-mail contact is intermittent if at all.

In summary, I wouldn't go near them again.

I didn't expect to find a service that was straight forward to arrange, quick, affordable, and replaced the screen like new. Thanks iPhone surgery. I'd recommend you to anyone.

Good service. Seems well organised. Possibly slighlty longer turnround than expected but back repaired in 7 days.

My girlfriend dropped off my iPad as I needed a repair that day, and their website stated most repairs were completed within two hours. The repair is clearly advertised on the website as £59.00; it was a digitizer replacement and should be a completely standard repair. When I turned up to collect it I was informed that there was a £15 extra fee as apparently my girlfriend had agreed for "express repair"; I have a couple of major problems with this. Firstly (as I found out afterwards) my girlfriend agreed no such thing, and this was sprung upon me at the payment stage as a complete surprise, and nowhere on their website is the express fee even mentioned, in fact in most of the blurbs they make several statements about how quick they are to repair iPads and that nearly all repairs are completed that day.

In retrospect it seems they were trying to take advantage of the fact that my girlfriend made it clear I needed the iPad that day, and they wanted me to pay extra for providing a superficial service, no better than what they provide by default. My second problem is that they didn't do a particularly fast repair, and certainly a lot longer than the two hours advertised on their website. Thirdly, They promised they would phone me when it was ready to collect, they didn't. I had to turn up at the end of the day to see if it was ready.

A further annoyance is that the home button doesn't function properly, and sits loose and no longer clicks. When I raised my concerns with regard to the bogus rip-off "express" charge the gentleman I spoke to did his best to address my concerns, however the vaguely autistic nature of repair technicians meant that he was unable to appreciate the point of view of the customer, and was disappointingly inflexible (note that this point I didn't realise my girlfriend had not agreed to the express charge). Perhaps more training should be provided here, not least because as I was trying to exit the building (the door was jammed) I could hear the gentleman and his colleague slagging off the "awkward customer" (presumably me) as they walked down the stairs at the end of my shift. I found this to be a perfectly incompetent way to round off my experience with this company.

I can't tell you how little I recommend this company.

this company exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. They were quick to fix my son's iPad mini, kept me updated with frequent emails and returned the item fully repaired within 48 hours as requested. I would definitely recommend iPhone surgery to my friends and family. Use then if you need any personal electronic item repaired!

Fixed the problem quickly and made a teenager very happy!

i could not have asked for better, quicker and efficient service. I shall certainly use this firm again if I have any trouble with any other Apple products

I handed over my iPod, the screen of which was severely cracked. I was told it would be ready for collection the following day (a Friday). The replacement did not arrive in time and I had to wait until Monday. iPhone surgery phoned to advise of the delay and also phoned again on the Monday to let me know it was ready. I was very happy with the work done, which was faultless.

impressed with communication. i was e mailed to say they had received my device. Needed new touch screen which I agreed to pay for if it meant the device would be fully working. they said it would be but when it arrived back the camera wasn't working properly.
on the whole i was happy with the service.

Great service, easy to use and very cheap. My iPad came back well packaged and with a new glass screen. Would totally recommend this company. Thanks for the repair!

Turned my iPad around same day, like new again

Sent iPhone 4 with a mic issue was quiet while making calls. They Was supposed to replace top mic and all they did was tighten ground screw and ram a bit of metal in the gap... Not happy

Had both items broken glass repaired. Service is efficient and cost, competitive. Was kept informed of progress and repair carried out in less than a week including delivery and return. Highly recommended.

I sent my iPhone 5c into iphone surgery to replace the battery and some minor water damage, which was only cosmetic and didn't affect its functionality.

The phone worked fine before sending apart from the battery lasting about half a day!

On return of my phone the battery obviously hasnt been replaced as the battery ladted less than the previous one. On top of that the phine now will not pick up a network at all. Remdering the phone useless!

So I sent my iphone 5C to prolong its life, instead they have completely totaled it and i will now have to replace it!

Do not use this company!

What an amazing service. Simple, quick and great value for money. Thank you so much for fixing my shattered iPad screen. I didn't choose the courier service to keep the cost down but still had my iPad back within a week! I was kept updated by email - just fantastic, I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Once it was booked in for the courier service, Interlink turned up picked up my iPod touch 4th Gen and next day email to say it was received and because I booked rapid turnaround, end of the same day showed a track your parcel and your iPod is on it's way back. Fantastic repair. looks like new.
