Every piece is designed in-house around two things: comfort on the animal and safety in everyday use. Cat collars use breakaway clasps so a climbing cat cannot hang itself. Harness webbing is reflective for night walks. Padded harness vests spread pressure across the chest instead of pulling on the throat, and straps adjust at both the neck and the chest so the fit stays comfortable as a puppy or kitten grows. We are an online-only brand operated by ipetbliss Ltd., registered in Denver, Colorado, and we ship worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days with tracking, and most parcels arrive in 7-12 business days. Import duties and taxes are already included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Returns are accepted within 7 days, and anything that arrives damaged or incorrect is replaced free of charge. Sizing charts, measurement guides and care instructions are published on every product page, because the most common reason a collar or harness gets sent back is simply the wrong size.
