The postal service is suck
The postal service is suck. I haven’t received my cat tree yet! It’s already been 2-3 weeks since I placed the order. Btw I am in Melbourne. The trucking information shows my parcel is with the courtier for a week! But no one delivers it. And no one answers phone

Good, but frustrating
We found it easy to order our bunny cage, and delivery was to our home - which was good.
However, the instructions for assembly were a bit vague and frustrating (pictures only, written instruction could've been handy) - it referred to the cage part and the house part, but not how to put each together - and we had some black bits over that we didn't know what to do with! However, it looks okay, we just have to get our bunny now.

Great sturdy pram, reasonably easy to put together. Arrived quickly. Love that it is a taller handle. Also has drink holders on handle.

My order hasn’t arrived. I place the order 2 weeks ago. Perhaps reconsider the courier service that you’re currently using. Also, it’s quite annoying receiving multiple automated emails asking me to rate my purchase, when I am still waiting to receive it. If there’s a way these emails could be sent out after delivery has been confirmed, I would recommend it. I suspect I’m not the only customer who would be getting agitated by this.
