Excellent but if kit with great customer service from real people!

We had the iparcel box for over a year now. And we would like to give you some feedback. After buying our house we got daily deliveries several times a day with multiple items.

The box has been a lifesaver not missing any deliveries. Absolutely brilliant. Every courier asks about it and uses it.

This product is invented, manufactured and sold by the owner. It is an exceptional product. The app works without issues. The iparcelbox is fantastic quality. Highly recommended.

Great box and easy to install. App works great and after care was spot on also.

My only comment would be to add feet. When I fitted in to the wall I had nothing to lift it off the floor so i purchased some rubber feet, bolts, screws and washers. In all fairness it wasn’t expensive but now I’ve got 46 bolts, 46 washers, 46 nuts and 6 feet I don’t need, it was an extra £10 but I think this could be added to the box very cheaply.

All in all great product and now I’m eagerly awaiting my first contactless delivery.

I don’t normally use idioms but on this occasion it is very relevant. The iParcelBox does exactly what it says on the tin. It is well made, the smart technology works like a dream and the support comes straight from the top. Cannot recommend this product more highly

I’ve always worked from home but Covid has made customer drop offs and pick ups tricky. Saw this on The Gadget Show and knew this was the answer.

Arrived and installed very easily. Running power to the box was my biggest concern but as it turned out that was very easy. I’ve only bolted To the ground in one corner so it can be rotated or if the way to access them meter box.

Software setup was easy and couriers and customers have been using it without any issues.

Excellent box for receiving deliveries. All deliveries have been handled with no issues at all. The only problem I had was with the installation. I watched the youtube video for installation instructions which stated an 8mm drill bit was required for the fixing bolts. Turns out it's actually 6mm but didn't find this out until I'd drilled the four 8mm holes into the side of our house. Apart from that the box seems sturdy and well made. I think an additional sticker with delivery instructions on the top of the lid would be a good idea. I have printed my own which seems to help all the delivery people understand what to do. The instructions on the front are in a bit of an awkward place to read.

The box is excellent, as advertised. Now feel our parcels are safe. We’ve already had lots of Christmas deliveries, even early morning ones and still slept in! Paul and the aftercare was excellent. Highly recommended.

Great parcel box . Easy to setup, the best delivery box I have seen and I should know as I deliver parcels for a living and the customer service is brilliant.

Great product!!!.... but... was very disappointed to find you have to subscribe to monthly payments in order to down load app to more that one phone! And also to connect to camera! After paying that much I was not expecting to pay monthly subscription and fails to mention this in any of its marketing.

Fast delivery. Good packaging.

I was looking for a good sized delivery box having secured my rear garden and realising that my delivery point was no longer accessible. During my search I found iParcelBox and they were actually the best price to order direct. The delivery was next day and it came well packaged and feels very sturdy. All fittings are included and I was amazed that screws did not require and raw plugs for securing to my wall.
I initially connected up to my WiFi connection inside my house and it was unclear if it had connected but after a short while I found it had completed an update.
Now works fully and is secured to wall. Love the iParcelBox being connected to my phone and alerts are almost instantaneously delivered.

Absolutely Brilliant but of kit. Though it’s only been installed a couple of weeks it’s saved us loads of time from running round to neighbours or our local post office to retrieve parcels. Needs time to level it up at installation and get it set to a point where it’s foolproof but it’s time well spent. Hope it stays working exactly as it does now.

Where do I start 🤔 like many people that work it’s a real ball ache to chase deliveries around your county, even leaving polite notices to delivery drivers to leave goods in a safe place doesn’t work....my hubby took a punt after much research on the iParcelBox, what a brilliant piece of kit, easy to instal, easy to use, even the app does what I says on the tin, notifications when a delivery arrives...my goodness I love this so much, we love it so much. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed!

Delivery to belgium went as agreed. Good tracking information and sturdy packaging. We are happy.
