Excellent product. Really great customer support. Easy to speak to on the phone and very helpful when we had a problem with delivery.

They broke my meter box during installation and left without repairs. There is no sense of responsibility, I am very angry!

Great product delivered with great underlying service.

Smart idea and is very safe and hassle free.

So far this is a fantastic item and I would recommend everyone who can should get one as it helps if there are any issues with delivery drivers saying it arrived but you get nothing left.

Had a couple of teething problems with the setup, but the support was first rate. On a Saturday I didn't expect to get someone on their online chat, but did, and got everything working. I haven't actually had a courier use the box yet, instead, they are leaving parcels by the front door!!! I think a sticker on the window may help.

Seems to work but the clip on the lid that clips into the locking mechanism was broken on arrival. Trying to put a permanent fix on the clip before I use it properly.

the installation was not straigt forward, and i ran into problems. The helpdesk was really helpful, that was a plus.

I had a problem and it was fixed within a few consecutive mails !!

Easy instal, looks good, easy in use user friendly app.

I had difficulty with setting the box up with the app.
After contact with the company they helped me with the issues. It is now running fine.
I'm very pleased with the result.

I have ordered the XL after a really helpful and rapid response from customer services. My situation is unusual and I’m now really confident that the box will give me an independence I couldn’t have with any other

I also have less anxiety about setting it up as know any questions - daft or not - will be answered rapidly and in a way I can understand. If the box is as good as customer service, ( and I think it will be,) then I’m going to be a happy boy!

My iParcelBox developed a fault. I contacted the customer service team and paul was all over my issue quickly and his support was clear and very helpful.
Paul and iParcelBox box have demonstrated how customer service should be carried out. Without question replacment part sent and problem solved.
I certainly will be continuing to use their products and will encourage my friends and family to also.
I look forward to seeing all the new products they come up with.

I bought the battery operated version of this box and it arrived promptly and well packaged. During the setup I encountered a problem, that the box would not unlock. I contacted the company via online chat at approx 7pm and got a prompt reply from Paul. Sadly this did not solve the issue so I called the company the following morning. Again despite Paul running through various diagnostics it was still not possible to resolve the problem. By this stage I was pressed for time as I live abroad. It was decided to send a replacement box and collect to problem one. This was done the next day with no further issue. Paul later dropped me an email to let me know the faulty box had arrived an is was a hardware problem. Overall, despite the problem, excellent customer service with prompt action. I have no problems in recommending this product and company. Thanks again Paul.

Item ordered arrived extremely well packaged with clear setup instructions. I encountered a human error issue (on my part) and reached out for support. The response via their chat service was very quick, professional and resolved my issue very quickly. Product is very well built, sturdy and secure. Maybe a little overkill on the box signage but I understand the need for it.
