Didn’t answer WhatsApp messages. Didn’t respond to phone calls. No email updates. I have no idea if my iPad was broken or not? Diagnostic testing was paid for, but I am unsure if this happened and I wasn’t offered any repair options. Tracking number didn’t work for the return. It was a very unsettling experience for an expensive bit of equipment.

Great experience
Got my ipad air repaired through them and honestly didn't expect loads at first. The price looked a bit too reasonable so i was slightly suspicious but everything went smooth in the end. Booking was easy, royal mail pickup worked fine, and i got updates along the way which helped. Took about 4 days and the repair looks great. Will def recommend to mates.
