Terrible experience

Terrible experience. This firm gives out contracts that even its own solicitors confirmed in writing they have no intention of keeping. The salespeople are rude because they answer other calls instead of dealing with the customer in front of them and really don't understand the "return the car for ANY reason" contract they hand out. They then try to cover up what they are like by suggesting we contact their customer service, but we did, we started out with their "customer service" and they failed to reply at all, when chased they then instructed solicitors instead of answering. They have NO INTEREST IN RESOLVING PROBLEMS ONCE A CAR IS SOLD.
