I put a one star rating as I couldn’t give a zero.
This company should be avoided like the plague, prior to Christmas I ordered a personalised Biker clock for my husband as a gift, when it arrived it was nothing like the picture it was a flat piece of acrylic with a hole in the centre,there was no clock movement or hands so obviously it had been falsely advertised. I immediately contacted them and they asked for a photo which I sent, they came back and said it was as described but offered to send me a clock hand (1)
I again told them it was not fit for purpose and asked for a return label in order to get a refund I was then told they would not pay to have it returned, I again asked for my money back they said the most they will pay is 40% what a joke.
These are con merchants and scammers

I have never been so disappointed in a product. Ordered a wine shaped clock from their Facebook page. The pictures of the product make it look amazing. Please dont purchase. The item is poor quality and absolutely nothing like the item advertised. On top of that you have to put the clock together. The item looks cheap. Ive just threw it away . My daughter is angry because she paid £50 for this. Well done to the advertising company, for making a product look amazing. I now notice theres no review section for this item, i wonder why. I hope the company reads this, you should be ashamed.
