lack of customer support - don't waste your money
lack of customer support.
all the time i call i spend over an hour on the phone and i get bounced from a different department as the staff is untrained and very unprofessional.
i requested the cancellation of my account and they refused to cancel it.
asked to speak to a manager and the put me on hold for another 30 minutes. until someone responded and i needed to explain the situation again.
this is just unacceptable.
there are several website builder providers out there much better then this crap.

Web site inaccessible for hours…
Web site inaccessible for hours causeing financial loss because SSL cerificate failed to renew. Then told it could be 24-48 hrs, absolutely not acceptable.
Customer service from Mary was great and it's obviously not her fault

Kevin daily was amazing and fully understanding of the situation. Very pleasant and lead me through the processes. I went into today ready to close my account due to charges that were told to me in a fashion that I didnt understand at the time and took them on board which were irrelevant to my situation.
