I had an account issue and I got through to rob, my expectations were low based on speaking to others in Thier CS team but rob whipped in his cape did what he could and we both ended up happy (it wasn't over that quickly either 😉)

But he really in the wrong game, voice over guy would better suit 🙂

I contacted the customer support team to assist with my email set up once my Domain had expired and reactivated. It was not working and so impacted my communications. The customer rep. Kathleen Pepito was very helpful and spent time on call helping me at each step of the process to get my email set up and working. Great service from Kathleen who was very helpful.

The server support team are superb. They are always available to answer my question.

Reinmar may have saved the day after weeks of trying to resolve an issue created by ionos. This guy was the first person in about 6 attempts to understand, acknowledge and fix the issue, if only he had been on the phone the first time I called.

I have been using IONOS for at least 6 years now and swapping to them was a great decision. As it's so hard to actually get help from websites these days IONOS stand out - I have had quick phone calls as well as live chat support. Recently I couldn't get help with website on Wix but my domain is with Ionos and Neze D there helped straight away and had great patience to get everything sorted.

Good AI chat line. Good transfer to Kevin Llaguno my personal IONOS consultant who dealt with my problem efficiently and professionally. My website is now working well.

The team is very strong and very supportive and helpful. I have benefitted from talking to a variety of colleagues from my own personal account rep to specialists in Wordpress and those supporting the AI unlimited app. This AI app is incredibly powerful and easy to use. I am absolutely delighted with how smart and efficient it is.
