Great bottles
The website is easy to navigate and delivery is fast. This is our second time buying from ion8. The first time we brought 3 bottles with the straws. They are all great, easy to clean and do not leak - even after time! So when we unfortunately misplaced a bottle we treated ourselves to an upgrade - we purchased an insulated water bottle and a coffee cup. Again, great quality and do not leak!!!

Haven't received my delivery
I have now received my products and I'm really happy with them. I really appreciate the fact that you can buy replacement lids (we lost one) rather than having to buy a whole new bottle which seems to be the case with most other water bottles we've owned.
Customer service was pretty slow (in terms of anyone responding) but once I was able to actually speak to someone everything was resolved extremely quickly and they were very helpful. In the end, the quickest way I found to actually get hold of someone was by commenting of one of their instagram posts - someone responded in less than 5mins - so I would recommend doing that to anyone who has issues getting a response.

Broken after 3 days of use
My son used his water bottle at school for 3 days, and it has already broken. Very disappointed. I spent over £50 buying water bottles for my kids, because I heard such good things about the product. I wish I continued to buy their water bottles from the supermarket, they last longer! I have contacted the company and waiting for a reply.

Perfect customer service and great bottles
I had an issue with the print on my daughter’s bottle and contacted them. Spoke to Inah who was very kind and polite and sorted out a replacement which was shipped very fast. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend as their bottles are amazing

Awful!
Awful!! Bottle leaked everywhere in my sons bag on his 2nd day of starting secondary school! He had a laptop in his bag for school which was brand new!! Thats now ruined and wont turn on so we need to buy another one, all his books were soaked! Nightmare would not recommend for a so called 'leak proof' expensive bottle!!

A bottle that does the job well but spills when knocked over with the lid open - thanks for the honest detail there. That's actually how the design works: when the lid's flipped back, the spout is open for drinking, so tipping it will pour out. The leak-proof seal only activates when the lid's closed and locked down.
If you need a bottle that stays sealed even mid-sip, our flip-top models might suit better - the spout closes automatically between drinks. Worth considering for next time!
