InYouths is a fraudulent company with a very believable products. The phone number is not valid, the Google location is not accurate, most importantly, the products purchased DID NOT ARRIVE. Paid in full, products ready in 8-10weeks and 10weeks later the order is listed as delivered 3 days after purchase. Advertising sales emails still sent appearing as a real company. Warning, they even attempt to remove poor reviews on Trustpilot.

Poor sourcing for the price of the mirror. Had the mirror for about a year and suddenly the weather clock stopped working. Emailed to figure out how to reconnect it, after trying what they said, they figure out it’s a server update on the manufacturer side in China! After trying everything they said, they now are going to replace the module. We have to take the huge mirror off and repair it ourself. The item is coming from china and is not provided with any of the materials to replace it. For how much these mirrors cost, the company has poor sourcing and customer service. Defiantly would just recommend buying a Home Depot identical mirror.

Highly recommend this brand for mirrors. Love how customizable the options are. It comes greatly packaged insuring no breakage on the way. I also really recommend you get the Bluetooth option!! Definitely worth every penny
