trash support, trash company, trash technicians, worse than maroc telecom.

My experience with INWI is a nightmare so far. Having an internet connexon with no interruptions has become a dream!! I contacted the customer service to solve my issue, they did not reply or call me back instead of that they blocked me from accessing my router configuration!!!

The worst service that you can actually get, I paid for full service for the internet in my residence to be able to get connected for my meetings and business maters , I followed up all the process( from initiating the request to the full payement), I got confirmation of the request and the delivery that should not exceed 48 hours, the surprise I have been waiting more then 4 days and whenever I contact the support service or clients service they reply with the same sentence “your request is under consideration” and when I ask to get reimbursed and cancel the order they are silent, really the worse service, I don’t recommend to any visitor or potential customer!

Not recommended 👎🏻 big flop

Shocking, don’t waste your time or money. Internet is practically non existent. Not happy !

Warning- Inwi sellers at airports in Morocco are scammers!
Bought a prepaid card at the Airport in agadir November 2024 from someone called kadija. Paid 200 Dir for 40 Gb, it turned out that I got nothing ie I was scammed

I made a contract for unlimited data sim card at inwi Berkane. I had one week to test the connection and i could stop the contract within a week in case of a bad connection, if this was the case i would get the money back i paid for the first month and connection fee (250DH) The connection was relatively good in the first week after the 7th day the connection was completely gone. When i went to the office to stop the contract offcourse i was one day to late. These guys suck. This is a scam
