Order 2 products from them and upon delivery 1 was found to have a manufacturing defect. I contacted Invopak and between Stephane (Sales) and Stuart (Customer Experience) they arranged for a replacement to be dispatched. Many thanks.

I ordered a month ago from this company, the order was to take a few days, after a couple of weeks half of the order arrived. It’s now been a month and I’ve rang and emailed every couple of days chasing the order. No one can give me an update and I’ve told them numerous times I needed the order urgent. They have been a nightmare and very unhelpful. They even sent me a invoice for half of the order, I had already paid the full amount and they were going to charge me again.
