I will change this review based on the customer support I receive. Created a free trial account this evening for invoicing my small non-profit. Sent five invoices and thought "let's try the bulk feature". Tried that and all invoices displayed as sent. UI was intuitive and easy to use and .pdf version of the invoice was very professional.

Attempted to login a few hours later and a message that said "contact support". No info on how to do that. Reset my password three times with the same message every time. Sent an email to their general email box requesting assistance. I would really hate to process these again but if they expect me to actually subscribe to this service it had better be fixed quick.

Using this service makes my invoicing look professional. Excellent customer service and fairly priced.

Invoiceberry is everything a small business like mine needs for invoicing. Before having Invoiceberry we would have to make invoices in Google docs or tell people to pay us via cash app. Now when we send an invoice to a client it gives them a lot of ways to pay and makes us look very professional. Invoiceberry has made such a difference to my tutoring business. I have a few clients who were not paying promptly and I would text or email reminders. But now with a smart looking invoice the payment is in my account within hours. So easy to manage!

I have had a good experience with Invoice Berry. It has made billing for me a lot easier. There are a couple of things, such as trying how to find out how to edit invoices, but I finally figured it out. Right now I have a note to delete from invoice and have not figured out how to do that yet.

My experience so far has been great. Allows use of our own colour scheme and logo and is a good price. Only issue I have had so far is linking via Zapier as it does not recognise the currency.

Great invoicing app that helped to transform my freelance business for the better. I used to forget about unpaid invoices and late payments.
