Too expensive, features change with out user knowledge , worst is their new attempt to get our phone numbers under the guise of 2 factor authentication which should be optional. We already do facial recognition. What a hassle 2 factor will be. I’ll leave and migrate to Tiny Invoice

Phenomenal app
Initially I found the price to be steep but after seeing how simple invoicing and keeping track of clients is with the app, it pays for itself.
The app didn’t work when I needed it to
The app is really good, bust sometimes I can’t log in, and when I try and do the forgot password it still doesn’t work, so it’s unfortunate when this happens because I couldn’t invoice when I needed to and therefore missed getting paid for the week. And considering how hard things are financially at the moment it just wasn’t when I needed it to be.

While the app is very easy to use, it has become increasingly expensive because of added functions that I don’t even use. I’d be nice if there was a way to divide accounts for multiple employees invoices in one account rather than having to purchase the app for each employee. It also be nice if there were more price options for purchasing the accounts based on need of extra functions.

They "gave" me a bank account…
They "gave" me a bank account surrepticiously and have been holding my money in there for months. No notice and I can't figure out how to get it
SIGNIFICANT PROCESSING DELAY
There appears to be a SIGNIFICANT DELAY IN PROCESSING. The tradie keeps checking his bank account and telling us that the funds are not there and therefore he won’t be doing any work for us. We paid a $1,930.50 deposit and received the Invoice2go receipt immediately. Where is the money?
Update 23 February 2024:
The tradie still says that the money we paid to the Invoice2go secure payment platform has not been forwarded to his bank account. Still waiting for answers after more than a month.
Subscription Trap
The company is purposely hiding the 'cancel subscription' option.
The Help Centre article on cancelling a subscription refers to a method, page and button which does not exist. Only after jumping through hoops with a chat bot did it tell me that the cancel button is hidden in the 'Update Payment Method" page.

Why is it so complicated to get into my account to cancel my subscription? I haven't used the app ever actually but it seemed impossible to cancel! In order to get into my account I have to reset my password and the reset link is ALWAYS expired, just after a second!! Why?
I tried the chat, but it is no help because the advice to "go to the Homepage and click on my company name" doesn't work because no company name is showing.
