I was completely ripped off. I've now reached out to them several times and am not hearing back anymore. First with the cardigan and then I got sucked in to trying to rectify it with transferring the funds to a bag. And now I have nothing except a really poor quality cardigan that is nothing like what I thought I was ordering and no bag. They are asking for the date of experience. This has been going on for months now and now I can't dispute it with my credit card company. I'm betting this is purposeful on Invocy's part. I'm so sorry to hear others have had the same issues... Really disappointed - for us all.

I’m must(sadly) join the others who wish there were a way to give this company negative ratings. I too placed an order 7 weeks ago. I too received a totally worthless and repetitive auto response. Do NOT waste you money.

I placed an order over a month ago and not received it. I have reached out to the company several times and receive the same generic email response. The tracker of my order has a status of shipped with a date from 4 weeks ago. Terrible experience and I would never order from this company again. Also, requested a refund and nothing.

There is nothing positive to say about this company. I have still not received an order that was placed months ago. I have communicated several times about the order and told in a form email- “Be patient, it’s en route”. I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund and was told the same thing. Don’t spend your money on this site.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This company and its products are a complete scam and clickbait. All the positive reviews and pictures are fake. The product is so poorly made and they claim “quality” as their number 1 priority. I ordered a sweater which was so falsely advertised. It came and the fit was laughable. The stitch started to come undone on the sides before I even wore it. It was literally unraveling in mg hands. I sent an email to their customer service with 15 pictures and a video and they “denied seeing any damage”. Their business practices are fraud. Do not believe them.

I made a online purchase for 2 sweaters and a pant suit on 2/4/24 and used the shop app/ Afirm to pay for the items. My order was paid off, and I have yet to receive my items. I have been in communication with the company in China, which initially said the items were in transit and have yet to receive anything. Then the email correspondence said the items were lost in transport, and would resend the items. I specifically said I did not want them to resend anything and I wanted a refund, and they will not refund my money. This is considered THEFT when a company accepts your money and the merchant has not received their items. BEWARE

I would give this "company" zero stars if possible, and I had the same issues as other reviewers... They took my money, never sent the merchandise, did nothing when I emailed them about it, and once I asked my credit card company to reverse the charge, they started to spam me with fake "tracking numbers" that take you to an infected website. Now they are saying my order is on the way and could I please reverse the chargeback..... Stay away at all costs!

Absolutely terrible quality and make it near impossible to return with extortionate return fees. Fast fashion with an expensive price tag. AVOID!

Scammed me. Gave me a fake tracking page and kept gaslighting me that it was on its way.

Company is a complete shame. They have a very slick looking website however when you do get the clothing they are of highly poor quality and they will never take them back. There is no phone number, or return address. When you do reach them by email they offer for you to keep the merchandise and they claim they will send you back 40% of the money. I am going to try and contact them one more time.

Please avoid at all cost - I myself am a content creator online and they have been unlawfully using my content in advertisements alongside many of known creators - the cardigan they showcase is Jenni Kayne Cooper Cardigan and not from them and many of my audience have informed me they are using images also from the Toteme website - on top of this they also have a very low security rating so goodness knows what they are doing with all your card details - please avoid at all costs, the influencers on their ads are not associated with the brand at all they have just stolen the content.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM INVOCY.
It's a scam company. The items they sell are not as advertised and in fact are unfinished—for example, button holes were not stitched, and there were no labels inside the garment I received.
Their website contains information just copied and pasted from other sites (it even mentions flowers and hazardous materials in the list of items not returnable!). Also, they are based in China, not Europe as they make out, so delivery times are triple what they quote.
Still waiting for a refund.

BEWARE - fake store. The images marketing the clothes are stoled for high end designer websites.

My item 'scarf coat' was indeed a coat with a scarf with is not the product in the image and footage. The coat is flimsy cheap, felt fabric.

The item had not been sent for 3 weeks and only after emailing them did they send 1 out of 2 items I had ordered.

A month later and I have still not received my other item.

They do not reply to emails.

They do not offer a refund on sale items, even though the items are completely different to the images on the website.

Dont be fooled like I did. Its cheap tate from China, disguised in a very professional looking website.

Clothing quality is absolutely shocking! Now offering me 20% refund and won’t send me return address for a full refund.

Items arrived late and in poor quality. Looks far from what you show in the photos on your website. Button holes look terrible, as if simply cut out with scissors and not finished. Never buying from you again, very disappointing. Plus, your website is being blocked as unsafe by anti-virus.

This company should not be trading. Delivery, quality and customer service are awful. They will not refund my top despite promising ‘hassle free returns’. The quality is despicable - the button holes are literally cut open with scissors with no surround stitching. They will not honour a full discount! Do not buy …

No sign of package and no response to multiple emails. Apparently I should have received this within 5-12 days and it's been 22 days with no contact.
