THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I had purchased several of these hair ties, and the ones with a silver metal
inside were apparently not sealed properly because they rusted! So these beautiful silver invisibobbles were now rust colored and gross looking. I wrote the company on 9/13/25 to alert them to the issue because the store I purchased them from no longer carries the invisibobble brand. They respond in German, which, of course I need to Google to translate, which is fine. And they responded on 9/15/25 with this very courteous response:
‘Thank you very much for your message. We will be happy to send you a replacement. Please note that this will not be exactly the same parenthesis, as we always strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. In order for us to send you the replacement quickly and easily, please provide us with your full address. We will then take care of it immediately. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.‘
The problem is that I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THESE REPLACEMENTS. I wrote them again a couple weeks later to ask for tracking info because I hadn’t received anything, and they told me they do not provide that (which is weird). Ok. So a whole month goes by and still no replacements. I checked in with them again and they assured me that they were ‘on the way’. Ok. So I waited yet ANOTHER month and contacted them again- to which I received the same responses, which were now obviously just automated responses or something. So now it’s been FOUR MONTHS and still NO REPLACEMENTS! Here’s the thing- if you don’t intend to replace a defective product why don’t you just say so instead of pretending to offer good customer service?? I requested that they simply re-ship the replacements because they are obviously ‘lost’ but they would not. At this point, they’ve lost me as a customer. I would NOT re-purchase due to the poor quality product AND even poorer customer service!! Absolutely horrendous!
