I've used this company for a while now
I've used this company for a while now, at first it was pretty good, it created videos based off a script I made and added images, narration, and whatever else I asked it to do, the images weren't always exactly what I was looking for but it was easy enough to change it out for something else. With this update (3.0) it seems like everything has gone downhill, I wrote what I needed for the video, and it gave me a silent video with random music that changed about 3 times, no subtitles, random generated images not associated with the script I added, and the generative credits are a joke, 10 dollars to make barely one 1 minute video is insane, especially for people who don't make money off video creations yet. needs a lot of work, and price structures need to change, a lot, it's just not worth it anymore.

In fairness its pretty awesome, I read some bad reviews and tried it out and it delivered an excellent video, read the script and guidelines well and made an intelligent video with high quality footage.

Absolute and utter scam guys
Absolute and utter scam guys. Within the first 2 weeks the app was glitching not working and not able to render videos. I contacted the company who told me to get my refund via Apple. Apple refused to refund me because I had used the app, apparently. Apple also told me that I could still get a refund with the developers. I contacted the developers. The developers told me the only way to get a refund was through Apple. I went back to Apple again who of course told me the developers were able to give me a refund. The only possible thing I can glean from this is that they are just scamming people. I just want my money back for a product that wasn’t not to Scratch. I’m going to have to pursue a dispute with my credit card company unfortunately avoid all costs, there are far better companies out there shame on these guys.

Unfortunately, for purchases made through the App Store, Apple doesn’t give us the ability to process refunds from our end. All payments and refund decisions are managed directly by Apple, and we don’t have access to override or intervene in those transactions.
That said, we’d still like to review your experience and see if there’s any other way we can support you.

I was a paid subscriber. My use wasn't every day but definitely once a week. My last 2 projects had me wait for ages for the first from the deliver the first video, it would take ages while the UI kept misleading me about the stage of video generation and when to expect the completely video, i probably stared at the screen looking at the completion bar hit 100% thrice then I moved to the second with the same prompt hoping it would be different.
Long story short, looks like something very recent has happened to this company and its employees that I'm noticing a sharp decrease in UX and return of value for a paid subscriber.
Therefore I cancelled my subscription. Not coming back with such an experience.

Nice tool but for nothing
Nice tool, but doesn't do what you expect. I want to have a video where i talk about me. my text was "hi i am xx, my idea is to inform people about what happens in the world and bring to people, because information is what we need". what i get is a political statement about hunger in the world, problems with drinking water etc. as long as KI works this way it is vor nothing.

Can't see screens in Edge & Chrome, Can't Fill in Options, Customer Service Nonexistent
Can't see screens in Edge & Chrome. Built entire video in Mozzila & then was told I could not play it there. Other browsers are blocked by "Back & Continue", can't enter options. Help is AI bot in many chats simultaneously. After painfully entering all problems, they ask how they can be of help. This continues and continues. Very poor AI bot, especially for an AI service. Never seen anything like this from a non-AI service.

It does what i need but it's full of bugs that make you burn credits. Support looks AI made, so i'm not sure i spoke with a human. Quite expensive service overall. Such a shame. So much potential wasted.

Don't listen to any youtube creator says they used the product for some videos, it's a lie and they pay those dudes.
In fact, I prefer giving my life savings to a brown skin guy from Asia with an Indian accent than to spend another dime in this ridiculous product of a mess.
I can't pour out how much I got scammed enough from using this product.
Imagin you have to spend 35$ monthly for a 1 minute generative ai video? Not even an hour???. PLUS THE AI GENERATED IS CRAPPPPPP.
Gosh, I can't emphasize this enough, they are thievesssss.
Please, do yourself a favour and use the 35$ monthly on a hooker or something, you'll get every worth of your penny!

Terrible customer service and product
Customer service is terrible. The service glitches and rarely works properly. I am spending $120/mo and I have to save my license and credits to fix things I shouldn't have to, like replacing repetitive and redundant media. My videos all look nearly the same until I edit them, and the more you edit, the less they flow. Do not waste your money. Find a better alternative!

LTD Gone - Just Another Scam Product
Purchased the LTD from Appsumo in 2019. It is now gone. They created version 3.0 to avoid all of the LTD transactions. They create the platform with Appsumo and then change the terms. Only I can tell you that it is a big scam.
