Their customer service
Their customer service, especially their warranty service, is truly terrible! But as for the watches—though I really love them and they’ve been my favorite brand for over ten years—I started with a Subaqua Noma I in 2015, and since then I’ve bought several more watches (women’s, men’s, and children’s [boys’]), and my experience is that the build quality has deteriorated significantly in recent years! Their customer service communication is very poor. A watch I bought in 2023: ID42858 Model 37673, had its dual automatic movement completely break down within a year; it became so inaccurate that when I sent it back to the service center, they couldn’t provide a replacement part, so after a lengthy argument, I received a store credit. With that, I purchased ID1000047296 Model 45862, another automatic watch, at an additional cost, which broke down again in barely a year and a half—the hand fell off. I sent it back to the Netherlands in early April, and although I’ve since been informed that, hooray!, the watch is ready, I still have no information on where the watch is... .
You should only buy from this brand if you’re willing to accept that the watch you’re planning to buy will last a year at most—maybe a year and a half—and that if you ever try to file a warranty claim, this brand won’t just fail to help you, but will actually drag its feet and mislead you in ways that are infuriating beyond belief!
But let’s talk about the present: the watch I bought at the same time as this complaint, model: 49917 ID458375, is perfect so far—the design and style are great. But I’m already worried about how long it will last, and if it breaks down while still under warranty, what kind of ordeal will I have to go through again with this repair service and customer support???

Great watches
Great watches. Even if I have a relatively small wrist, the large watches (more than 48mm case diameter) look really great. Delivery time is always very fast. There is advance notice in case of delays.

The watch itself is great
The watch itself is great, I tried it immediately in the swimming pool.
I love it!
However my experience with the delivery company was kind of traumatizing, until I had to threaten the customer service with legal procedure and face them with the video registration (they were claiming and insisting that I already recieved and signed the delivery, but I didn't, and they falsificated my signature!)
10 minutes after I thretened them my watch was delivered.

Womens and Mens watch
The Womens watch, sadly the watch band is not adjustable, tried bringing it to local watch master, but he was also unable to adjust it. Regarding the Mens watch, the watch band is too light, hardly feels like high-end product this way. But in overall the order and delivery was high-end, the products arrived in a really short duration.
