Unprofessional and unhelpful

Investorserve stopped my access to our shareholdings for no good reason, and have failed to engage effectively to resolve the issue. Their communications have been unprofessional and unhelpful. For example, they request a grandmother's maiden name with specifying whether maternal or paternal, and then claim that this was not the mother's maiden name that they had requested. I wish my holdings with them used a different share registry like MUFC or Computerserve.
