I appreciate the information deck - its width and depth. I use a paid version - hence often consulting Warren AI. Very helpful. And the AI picks feature is great as well. What I would recommend is... See more

Great experience with this investment platform, easy to use and very reliable.
A special mention to Anton, who was incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. He quickly solved my issue and provided outstanding support.

A bunch of criminals violating compliance laws. They have reached out to me multiple times via email unsolicited, to go trade on their website (I didn't even know who they were).
This is a very serious legal restrictions violation against the principle of reverse solicitation, and I have reported them to the authorities as they operate illegally.

**Update 5th June***
Well folks - I have to take my hat off to Investing.com. Investing.com have reached out to me. They ARE GENUINELY SORRY that my support ticket had slipped through the cracks.
I had a young chap called Dave who emailed me. Initially it was I who was not very nice back to him, and he took the criticism well. Dave stuck to his mandate, which was to support me - and wow, has he what! I can not fault his dedication, honesty and support provided. As a business owner myself he is the type of guy I look to employ, I'm that impressed with him.
I'm still a little annoyed that i was 'pasted into a corner' and decided to write a review about them - Ideally it would not have come to that. However, Investing.com acknowledged that they dropped the ball with me. That was a great start. Hopefully lessons are learnt and everyone improves, thats what life is about.
My support request is still ongoing, and I wont go into details here regarding the issue I have with propicks, but I'm that confident that Dave and his Team are onto it that I'm updating my rating of investing.com.
Investing.com have taken a bad situation - a customer who had written a bad review, and was not going to renew his subscription, and completed turned it around. Credit to Investing.com, Dave and his team.
*NOTE* So I could fit this latest update in, I have had to remove a chunk of previous post, as I was limited by wordspace count.
***Update 30th May***
Well it seems that my last update struck a nerve with Investing.com. Who would have guessed? The 'product team' has finally made contact.
***Update 28th May***
This highlights how incompetent support are. It has now been over 3 weeks since Investing.com responded to their bad review stating; 'they are sorry, a 4 month wait is unacceptable etc. They have passed my details onto the correct team now and they will be in touch'.
Its been another 3 weeks....and guess what folks......NO RESPONSE FROM INVESTING.COM AT ALL.
No suprises there tho. I just want everyone to know that INVesting.com is not a great company to deal with. There are many others out there much more ethical and who actually support their paying customers. AVOID.
**Update 9 May 26.**
Ok, thank you for having the decency to respond. Please respond on this site, given your support team wont provide support to my ticket. Unfortunately your response still makes no sense what-so-ever. You claim that stocks can rotate in and out as conditions change...I understand that, however, take the example below:
(reply abridged)
**Original Email**
Support is non existent. The PROPICKS are a SCAM. Be very careful folks. I have highlighted this with evidence and screen shots of the discrepancies I have encountered. I was more than happy to work with them, yet the company has not had the decency to respond. It is now coming up 4 months without a response.
ProPicks issue; One month they will add a company, then the next month they will remove it. The very next month it will be re-included, with different rationale, yet the next month it will be removed with contradictory reasoning. Given these guys have NOT responded to my ticket (they have only fobbed me off) be VERY VERY careful taking their advice or trusting this sort of behaviour. Credibility is important as once you have lost it, it's very difficult to get back. This company does not care - they just want your money. AVOID.

Not at all satisfied
I have bought the pro subscription by influenced from raj Pushkar youtuber but totally disappointed by the app features
And also there are many features that are demanding more money for pro +
Not at all easy to understand to stock directions
Also not able to understand the monthly stock list as how can we get that in that stock which are good to keep in our portfolio
As what was the return of the last month list
And also there are many stocks baskets but not accessible by pro
In pro + you will show them
Even after that we will not able to select the stock to invest for good returns because it will be more confusing
I recently contacted the InvestingPro support team regarding my subscription renewal, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Anton handled my request professionally, quickly, and with a very customer-oriented mindset. He offered me a great solution that made it easy for me to stay a loyal customer. It’s rare to find such proactive and friendly support these days. A huge thank you to Anton for his help! Highly recommended service.
Although other stocks seemed ok, I added UK Gilts (INXG) to a watchlist and it did not i) display the correct value; ii) nor did it calculate the correct total value - it was out by a factor of 100!
I will stick with Yahoo finance!
Inspiration to from first sigh that all fix my life and become prospering ahead

Avoid! They are misleading customers, to the best of my understanding. I was unable to reproduce their claimed success on their "ProPicks AI" - IT15 (Tech Titans). After a short back-and-forth with their support team they admitted to an undisclosed weighting system. Quoting: "You're absolutely right—without knowing the exact weights and rebalancing dates for IT15, matching its reported gains is nearly impossible. This information gap is the core reason why following IT15 as a precise, performance-matching strategy isn't feasible for individual investors." - I deem this as deliberately misleading.

I absolutely love the product and absolutely loathe the customer service. i was utterly loyal to Pro+. Loved it. Introduced loads of people. Then was offered a 2 year deal but turned out they would not honour it as i was 'in contract' - why send it then? So i cancelled at end of contract period as i was also going away on a gap. Then i got bombarded with % off but never telling me how much it really was: just huge % off an unknown sum. Despite cancelling (luckily i had in writing from them it was cancelled), they still invoiced me on direct debit. Eventually after huge fuss i got refunded. SO: the product is great. The customer service: well it feels like it is run by second rate mafia needlessly trying every scam trick in the book which is truly needless as product is good. I'd fire the marketing and customer service director and get in one who had not been brought up on the streets in some dodgy place as thats what it feels like. Product 5*. Customer Service -5 and appalingly bad sales tactics: scam type stuff needlessly. Just need transparency. i.e. this is what is costs; it will increase by this amount each year and the contracts are fixed term and not endlessly renewing where even when you cancel they still take money. I loved the product, I should have been able to simply send one email to renew onto a longer deal. The service was so bad my entire family cancelled, endless emails ensued, they lost all the business needlessly and ended up having to eventually refund due to their needlessly dodgy sales & finance tactics. I really miss the product but cant deal with their customer service mafia / scoundrels who seem to think they have to steal your money rather than honestly sell what is a great product. So sad.
What is even weirder, is that following their (probbaly AI / bot reply below), which seems to get the issues, absolutely nothing is done to corretc them. I then emailed to ask if i could subscribe on a non-renewing contact but never received a response at all. They will have to supply non renewing contracts under UK law shortly so one would think they would be on case. Also, the product is always 50% off and never the full price also illegal under UK law. But i love the product - its great - so why sell it so badly with such scammy actions? I just dont get it. Its like buyign a new Merc off a dodgy second hand car salesman needlessly as product is fine. Sales tactics needlessly dreadful.

I was subscribed to PRO+ because it met my needs and was reasonably priced, but I canceled it.
- The dashboard and main site are not fully integrated, making switching between them frustrating.
- The banners shake every time I scroll, causing severe motion sickness.
- The site is slow to respond.
- Since the war started, there have been frequent errors loading screening items.
- The company name is still listed as the old name even though it has been years since the name change.
- I have found inaccurate accounting data multiple times.
- There are also errors in the dividend yield (it shows 10% when it's actually 3.5%!).
- Even when I report inaccurate data to customer support, the quality of the communication is poor and it's impossible to have a proper conversation.
P.S.
If you really want to improve, it would be better to maintain the data or review the ticket instead of asking for my personal information.
